  3. Mouse not recognized

    I already has my mouse connected and the app does not recognize it. I've tried turning both Bluetooth off and on and the actual mouse off and on again, but nothing works.

  7. MX Master 3 Mouse and App Not Working Properly

    I am having issues with the app not showing my mouse as active. When this happens, all of the setting on the MX Master 3 mouse are operable, except my scroll setting. I have it set to standard(when you scroll up, the page goes up) but when the app shows my mouse as inactive it switches this setting to natural(the opposite). I cannot figure out how to get it to go back to standard and show my mouse as active again. I have reinstalled the app, shut my mouse on/off, swapped the scroll setting in the app(even though it says…

  8. Options+ Sucks!

    I used to have the "wheel mode shift" button set to change pointer speed. It seems that functionality has been totally removed with Options+.

    PUT. IT. BACK!

    Stop ******* with **** that people use! I loved this mouse when I got it. The Options software was a little finicky, but it worked for the most part and I rarely had "programming" issues like I'd had with previous Logitech mice.

  9. MX Keys ^ Master 3 inactive

    I'm using both MX Keys & MX Master 3 on my Macbook Air M1. Both of them connected via Logi USB Receiver.

    The problem is that either of them constantly keep disconnect which are really annoying. It's auto-reconnect after likely 3-5 seconds.

    I used the same setup with my Macbook Pro 2015 and everything was good.

    How could I resolve this please?

  11. Switch mouse and keyboard at the same time

    Hello
    I am using MX Keys and MX Mouse 3, it would be great to be able to configure them in the way that when I use Easy-Switch to change the target device that the mouse changes at the same time (so device 1 on keyboard device 1 on the mouse device 2 keyboard device 2 mouse). Due to restricted environment I cannot use Flow. So it would be great to have a possibility to switch both devices at the same time.

  14. MS Excel 365 scrolling issue after last update

    Scrolling in MS Excel 365 no longer works until I move the slider on the left. After that, scrolling works. I am thinking it is a MS issue, but letting you know just in case.

  15. Mouse shows as inactive and gesture button and scroll wheels don't work

    MX Master 3 gesture button and scroll wheel stop working after my Macbook Pro sleeps. It also shows as inactive in the options+ software. I have gone through trouble shooting steps and the mouse has all permission allowed in my system preferences. The only fix I have found, which is temporary, is to restart.

  19. Print Screen not functioning properly with 3rd party capture apps

    I want the print screen key to operate as a print screen key, not launch Snip&Sketch in windows. This key is interfering with SnagIt and Screenpresso apps - and ONLY if I use my MX Keys keyboard with Logi Options+.
