  2. Regression in Advanced Click Functionality (Modifier time too short)

    I've discovered a issue and regression from the old logi options in the "Advanced Click" functionality that is making it unusable for certain applications. So let's say we choose the "Shift" key as our modifier. When we trigger the "Advanced Click" functionality (mine is triggered from the back button), the modifier key is only active for approximately 1-10 ms, while if a human were to do a "shift+click" the shift key would be active for 100+ ms.     Previous options software had option to bind compound clicks to mouse buttons e.g. Shift + left click or Ctrl + left click.

    New version of the software shouldn't take a step back with these features.

  5. Disable K800 backlight

    If the K800 is ever supported, PLEASE include an option to disable the backlighting completely - and make it ACTUALLY disable the light 100% of the time. The "disabled" backlighting in the options app only turns it off until there is a few minutes of inactivity, then the lighting turns right back on after activity is detected. I have had to reverse-engineer how the app works and currently have a scheduled task to send the "off" command to the pipe every minute just to keep this keyboard from turning the backlight on.

  6. Too many settings programs, pick one and stick with it

    Stop creating more interfaces to configure things and integrate them into one. This is not a good user experience having three different programs to configure different Logitech devices and it gets really annoying trying to remember which one to use, and you're adding more. Stop it.

  7. Backlight

    is it possible to choose the backlight not to turn off so often, because it is annoying to constantly flash on/off. Because I have to wave my hand quite intensively sometimes to make it light up. I prefer it to be on all the time if I have it on.
    The settings for custom keys do not work if the Logi Options program is not resident, which is quite disappointing, because apparently they are only remembered in Windows with Logi Options running.

  8. Slow to load. App bug.

    Really slow loading during/after this update. When I open the app I see a spinner for 10 mins. So I killed the app. Then open it again, and I get the Downloading spinner for 10 mins. This seems broke and needs to be fixed. You update and app startup process needs to be improved.

    Zooming gesture with MX3 is not smooth at all, like in normal options software. Please, fix that (I'm on Windows 11)

  10. Logi Options+ Mac v1.10.9317 is not operational on 2019 Macbook

    Logi Options+ freezes while downloading firmware for both my MX Keys-Mac and MX Anywhere 3-Mac on my 2019 MacBook Air. It just lingers at a downloading screen after I pair each device (both unifying USB dongle and bluetooth) until I ultimately have to force quit the app. When I reopen the app, both of my previous pairing of each device I had successfully made within the app are now lost , so I have to start completely from scratch again. I can't access the device customizations any longer with this issue.

  11. MX Master 3 and MX Keys keeps disconnecting on OS Monterrey

    Issue: MX Master 3 for Mac and MX Keys for Mac keeps disconnecting on MacBook Pro late 2019, it got worse once I updated to Monterrey. It's getting very annoying now considering both the mouse and keyboard are premium products.

  12. Logi Options+에서 MX Keys 인식불가

    MX keys와 MX Master3사용중에 있습니다.
    사용 운영체제는 MacOS이며, Monterey 12.2.1버젼 사용중에 있습니다.

    Logi Option+를 설치하여 사용하려하는데, Logi Option+에서 MX master3만 인식을 하고 MX Keys는 인식이 못합니다.
    블루투스로 연결이 되어 MX Keys를 사용함에는 문제는 없지만 키맵핑이 불가능하다는 점이 불편합니다.

    다음으로 취해본 조치들입니다.
    1.소프트웨어를 종료 후 재실행
    2. MX Keys 블루투스 연결 종료 후 재설정
    3. 운영체제 재시작

    위의 3가지 조치 후에도 MX Keys가 Logi Options+에서 인식이 안되고 있습니다.
    Logi Options+에서 MX Keys를 인식하게 하려면 어떻게 해야할까요?

  14. Mouse disconnecting from Logi Options+

    My MX Master 3 keeps disconnecting from Logi Options+. It is still connected to my Mac (running latest OS 11.4) via Bluetooth, but when I open Logi Options+, it says that the mouse is not connected. Everything is set up correctly in System Preferences and the mouse works perfectly when Logi Options+ can see it. But at random moments, the connection between the mouse and Logi Options+ appears to drop and I am unable to reconnect it without restarting my Mac. This is very frustrating.     Seriously wtf? You provide a recommendation to upgrade to Options+, I do and then none of my devices are not supported? Major failure and very poorly thought through.

  16. Bugs all over for Options+

    Logi Options+ is very buggy. Scrolls are not always working.

    Also, extremely buggy if use my second computer and use automatically moving my mouse from 1 computer to other. Mouse moves but scrolls don't work at all.

  17. Really buggy

    Please fix the app. It is a disaster. Flow works half of the times. The other half, the keyboard does not follow. Mouse MX does have limited button customizations. And every five minutes the mouse stops working properly and appears a message "FIX" in red. Cmon.
