I am highly frustrated, I tried Logi Options+ multiple times over the years & complained each time about the missing "zoom using scroll wheel" & went back to the old Logitech options.

Now with my brand new mouse Logitech is forcing me to use their half baked software……..!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS BULLSH!T!!!!!

Both my MX Master 3 & MX Master 3 for Mac have failed in multiple ways (very unreliable hardware btw... anyways, that's a whole different rant) my last MX master 3 would drop my clicks when dragging something, the other one has scroll wheel failure, I really did not want to give Logitech any more of my money until the MX Master 4 is released, I even stared swapping parts between my two mouses to make one good one but it seems the parts in these mice are not very long lived & they’re very unreliable… so my Frankenstein MX Master 3 was slowly becoming more & more unusable & literarily driving me insane, causing big issues in my workflow & hindering me, so much so I eventually snapped & launched my MX Master 3 into the wall amid a massive project deadline & it died a sudden & violent death. (I realise I might need anger management but that a while other conversation… the mouse was on its last legs & unusable before its death anyway…)

    Anyways, here’s the kicker….

I had to buy a replacement, so I got the MX Master 3S, the new click feel is very nice however, to my HORROR upon setup I am now forced to use Logi Options+ as it will not work with the older Logitech option & guess what… after 3 bloody years of development this stupid “next generation” software still doesn’t have the basic “zoom using scroll wheel” ……… WHY …….. WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS????? & what was even wrong with the old Logitech options to begin with????

The lack of this feature is a massive blow to my productivity as I use the “zoom using scroll wheel” mapped to the button under the scroll wheel when I press down on the scroll wheel & scroll at the same time I have precise zoom control, I use that feature every day to help me get work done efficiently… now I cannot use this feature on my brand new mouse…. It makes me want to launch this brand new MX Master 3S into the wall just like my old one. I actually hate it now, its made it feel like a massive downgrade….!!!!!!!

To say that I am very upset is an understatement, I am highly disappointed in Logitech as of late, the hardware reliability is trash & they are killing off useful features in their software.

To add insult to injury, you cannot import any of your setting from the old Logitech Options, so all my app specific settings are gone & I will now need to spend time reconfiguring them in this new rubbish Option+…

Here is a better name for your new software: Illogical Options-

PS. I did write feedback in two occasions in previous years when the Logi Options+ was still in beta… Apparently they just don’t care…..

“Zoom using scroll wheel” was so intuitive & useful, I cannot fathom why it was removed, do the people developing this software even use their own products????

At the very least let me use the old Logitech Options with my MX Master 3S…
