    Application not responding and does not detect MX Master 3S mouse. Only states configuring, but never connects. This is after being connected and programed for 2 months or more.

  8. MX Mechanical Mini for Mac Firmware Update

    My MX Mechanical Mini for Mac does not ever show up on the check for firmware screen. This model is not listed on the supported models link, though the regular MX Mechanical Mini is.

    Is firmware update support for the "for Mac" model coming?

    Also, why show the firmware check button if the model isn't supported? Why not gray it out and show "unsupported" instead?

  9. Add M585/M590 Multi-Device Mouse support; Logitech Options app is broken

    Please add support for M585/M590 Multi-device Mouse. This app suggests using Logitech Options instead, but that app does not work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and the app is just a blank grey/black window. This is brand-new mouse and keyboard combo (MK825), and it's unacceptable that the software doesn't work.

  12. Options+ extremely limited device support. Not ready for prime time.

    I don't think Options+ is ready for use. The fact that it doesn't support midrange keyboards (such as the K780) but supports lower end keyboards (K380), means I have to have 2 different applications installed. One to manage the M720 mouse and another to manage the K780 keyboard.

  15. Logi Options+ does not support MX Vertical

    Please add the MX Vertical mouse to Logi Options+. Its inconvenient to have to go back and forth between interfaces, and that's what I get for considering my wrist position during 10 hr work days in front of my workstation =D lol

  16. Duplicate Logi Options+ Icons (Launchpad)

    I'm on macOS Monterey and installed Logi Options+, now I have two Logi Options+ withiin Launchpad. One works and the other does not open, which is expected, but I cannot remove the "extra" icon.

    No support (yet) for MX Master mouse. They're practically identical, there shouldn't be a delay.

  18. MX VERTICAL SUPPORT IN OPTIONS+ ?

    Why did the software encourage me to upgrade to Options+ without telling me that my MX Vertical is not supported?
    Now I must go through the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling, which (by the way) is a VERY CUMBERSOME PROCESS.

  19. Uninstalling Options+: no support for MX Anywhere 2S

    Options+ does not support the MX Anywhere 2S mouse. But it DOES support the MX Keys keyboard. The end result is my mouse tracks across the computers just fine using Flow, but the keyboard gets left behind. I rely on these devices to get work done, and don't have time to mess with problems like this. I'll be uninstalling Options+ momentarily.
