1. Stopped working and not visible in app

   My creative MX controle today stopped working. I mean, that non screen buttons device part with big dial in middle. Batteries are full, but isnt visible in Logi app.

2. scrolling up is quite slow vs absurdly fast down scrolling

   I need ratchet when scrolling down with the mouse, but free flow when scrolling up (scrolling up is quite slow )

3. changing button button action does not work the first time

   Hi, multiple times I have run into an issue where I assign a new Smart Action to a mouse button, and the button does not update to take that action when I press it. Nothing happens when clicking the mouse button. I have to go back into Options, change that button to a different action, and then go back and choose the Smart Action a second time in order for the button to work with the desired Smart Action.

5. control key in pressed status after computer switch

   When I switch computers via ctrl + edge of screen, on the new connection I almost always have to click the control key as the new connected computer has the ctrl key pressed.

10. Desktop Icon not displaying correctly

12. Désactivation unitaire du rétroéclairage de clavier MX Keys sur Logi Options + sur Mac.

    Hello, je vous signale un bug avec l'application Logi Options+ sur Mac. J'ai 2 claviers "MX Keys for Mac" qui sont enregistrés dans l'application. Lorsque je désactive le rétroéclairage sur le 1er clavier, le réglage est aussi appliqué sur le 2ème clavier. Alors que je souhaite désactiver le rétroéclairage uniquement sur le 1er clavier.
    Pouvez-vous corriger celà ?

13. Only click behavior on Advanced Click+Alt setting in Button Actions

    malfunction
    When Advanced Click+Alt is selected in Button Actions, only the click action is performed.
    Worked fine in previous Logi apps.
    Only click behavior in Logi options+
    M590+ receiver

14. Why a restart?

    Ever since I installed this mouse I now have to do a restart on the computer every 7 or 8 hours because a "t" program is running in the background and causes me problems going from website to website. I never had a problem like that with a mouse.

15. left click not working and having hard time clicking on a cell

    I cannot click a text or number in a cell in spreadsheet.

    Also, whenever I have to choose a document or folder in google drive, I need to use the scroll option and not the left prompt as what you see in a regular mouse

16. Options+ please support hi DPI

    Support Hi DPI in Options+ - the current indicators when increasing or decreasing Backlighting are almost too tiny to view on a Hi DPI display.

17. Options+ breaks Copy/Paste in Adobe software

    Copy / Paste is disabled in Adobe Illustrator. Not as a function of the custom buttons, but the actual function of copy/paste. Via keyboard Ctrl+C or right-click. Only uninstalling Options+ solves this.

20. What are you guys doing with this app?!

    my mouse keeps forgetting it's settings. As far as I can tell this is either because the stupid logitech options app crashes and I am unaware or there is an update available and will just stop doing what I set it up to do (both of these happened to me in short succession). This happens multiple times a month and is honestly getting really annoying. I have an mx series mouse and keyboard and am about to just eat the hundreds of dollars I spent on them and throw them out. To add insult the injury, the mouse is constantly stuttering and as far as I can tell from what I see online there is no known fix. Literally what are ya'll doing? You make computer peripherals... if they don't work they are useless. Oh also... if you are going to go through the effort of putting in the red underline for misspelled words in the feedback form... then include the drop down the fix it. This app is literal hot garbage.
