I want you to stop wiping my application profiles. This is extremely annoying and wastes a lot of my time. What's the point of having a mouse with mappable buttons when they never stay mapped after an automatic update?????

Logi AI Prompt Builder fügt den Prompt nicht in ChatGPT ein

ich habe Probleme mit dem Logi AI Prompt Builder. Ich habe einen Login für ChatGPT und alles ist eingestellt. Wenn ich auf Submit klicke, wird auch das ChatGPT-Fenster geöffnet. Leider wird der Text vom Prompt-Builder nicht eingefügt. Was mache ich falsch?

Devices loosing functionality and not being recognised by the app
the functionality of this app has become very unstable and my keyboard and mouse often loose their shortcuts, this is getting really annoying! I need to to quit the app and reinstall it all the time

Problem with Logi Options + update
There's a problem with the latest upgrade of Logi Options + version 1.72.566799—when I click on the mouse on the screen to set it up, I get a message that some button functions couldn't be ported. The screen stays gray and when you click on the button to close the window, it doesn't work. You cannot get to the mouse setup.

App crashing after some time when using logiflow
I experience problems with the newest update on desktops. v1.72.566799. When using logi mouse flow for some time either one or both logi softwares stops working and shows a button on the bottom bar that tht backend server stopped responding, click to restart. When clicking the problem is fixed, but happened 3-5 times for 7 hours of working in my two laptops

Здравствуйте
Необходимо добавить в приложение функцию "Повышение плавности курсора" , после того как его убрали из Windows , мышкой logitech mx master 3 , пользоваться стало невозможно , курсор скачет рывками , когда даже самая дешевая А4 tech или типа того , работает мягко и плавно .
Ноутбук - IdeaPad 3 15ALC6 (Ryzen 5 5500)

Automatyczne aktualizacje zostają pobierane nawet jak są wyłączone! Spowodowało to lagi i przegrany mecz!! Skandal!

I have 2 logi mouse devices. I want to configure one as left handed and one as right handed. but the settings in this Logi app is modifying both...why ?

Trigger aléatoire de l'AI prompt contre ma volonté
J'utilise le logiciel de commande vocale Dragon. Quand je fais des commandes vocales pour faire des recherches sur Internet, ça trigger aléatoirement le "AI prompt builder" de logitech contre ma volonté, alors que je n'ai assigné aucune touche.
C'est désagréable.
Auriez-vous des solutions à me proposer ?

Change device critical error
When I change device, sometime keyboard is moved but mouse not, sometime everytjing is fine for 1 of 2 swiping, but after that nothing is acheived when I try to change device. Can you please fix this, in last versions it was even worse!

Pls, I bought your expensive mouse (MX Ergo) and now I want to use it.
It has 7 things to press and you brag about akll the possibilities I will have.
But there's nowhere to find out how to do it.
I don't want to buy more devices, which is all I find.

customizations occasionally failed
When the application running in the back. The customized settings occasionally failed. You need to open the application again to make settings work again. This could be very annoying when you're working. When your shortcuts does not work, you have to spend extra time to find the cause of the issue. You start to wonder if the hardware(keyboard, mouse or a certain button on the hardware) or software or even the USB port on your PC has failed.

滑鼠卡頓 or (時不時更新的問題?)
Logi Options經常自己更新或是幹啥，滑鼠就會一直卡頓卡頓，使用到一半有這些體驗並不是很好，感覺好像滑鼠壞掉一樣
