Bluetooth mouse "disconnects" all the time
The bluetooth works but the buttons stop working ALL THE BLOODY TIME. This fixes it but I won't make the mistake of buying Logitech again.

I don't understand how a basic mouse could require a 300MB buggy app that's AI enabled to make a back button work. It's truly incredible.

Lags in mouse pointer movements
There is constant and continious lag in mouse pointer usages, so much that it is hard to predict mouse pointer movement, and even work with it.
i believe this is only issue with mac mini's software version, my mouse words perfectly in pc devices.1 vote -
Sync setting ISSUES
All the apps are connected on 1 Mac. does not sync on 2nd Mac. even after signing In. Help!!

should just work
Its absolutely insane that i have to make an account to set the back, forward and, middle mouse buttons up.
Its even more insane that they don't do anything by default.
And to make it worse i cant even figure out how to set them up.This should just work out the box.

Logi Options+ 버전 1.87.684086 이 설치되어 있는데, 이후 업데이트가 설치가 안됩니다. 아래와 같이 문구가 뜨는데, 현재 컴퓨터 네트워크에는 이상이 없어서 뭐가 문제인지 모르겠습니다.

Mouse takes 20 seconds to start to work
for a mouse I paid over 100 bucks for, I'd like to not wait over 20 seconds for the mouse to connect to bluetooth.
It's specifically a productivity mouse, and I'm wasting time every time I use it. I use a lnovo p620 with 96 gigs of eccddr4 ram, with a 32 core threadripper, with a rtx 4090 gpu, so the only limit is the bluetooth drivers interacting poorly with the mouse and not any hardware bottleneck. gesture sensitivity
After updating to Logitech Options+, gesture sensitivity on my MX Master mouse has decreased, requiring larger movements to trigger gestures. Please restore previous sensitivity levels or provide adjustable settings

Worst Keyboard/Mouse Combo Ever
I hate this keyboard and mouse system. The constant 'reboots', the keys are wonky and inconsistent. This is the VERY worst keyboard and mouse setup I have ever owned - and I ran an IT shop with 50 employees for 35 years. You make me want to cross the bridge to an alternative manufacturer for the first time in those 35 years. Even the home row 'dimples' have worn off - in less than a year. Rubbish!

Make the mouse not disconnect every five minutes.
The mouse keeps disconnecting randomly every five minutes. This is a scam. I want my money back.

Customization Settings
app does not automatically load and I have to keep it running in background for my customizations to take effect.

Horizontal scroll
I am so disappointed, I use the wheel left and right to go back and fowards for yeas, and so the horizontal scroll was left for the silly bottons on the left handside, it was not great but it was something, No we the new update om logi options someone who thinks is very cleaver has remove the option. Otions- should be call. So angry I will be looking for another mouse as the Mx 3s is even worst, it removed the whell left and right entirely. You guys keep going back instead of forward

Programmable mute button
I realize that Teams is one of MS's longest lasting failures, but having a mute button on the mouse that will work with Teams would be a huge win for you.

Some Keys not Working F, -, \, * and more
very bad experience with this keyboard with some keys not working all of a sudden and rework again in random times. tried everything but nothing seem to fix it and all the reddit community talking about this issue and no fix at all or any help from logitech support team.

App breaks cannot add new bluetooth device
Now all of a sudden Logi+ doesnt work with my logitech MAster MX2 and I can't add it. This happens too frequently with the app - some update breaks thing and I have to spend time and energy fixing it. You have an amazing feature set already I really think your most important focus should be reliability of your software - not new shiny stuff that breaks things. I use your software every day as an integrated part of my work it is super annoying when it breaks. Imagine Microsoft Outlook breaking frequently like this.

Switch application triggering back and forward
For the app navigation gestures, the switch application (left or right) also triggers back and forward in chrome. This didn't happen to me before. Why is that?
