здравствуйте, не работает плавная прокрутка на мышке MX Master 3S. Работаю на Windows 11. Как исправить проблему? все настройки для плавной прокрутки включены

MacOS and MX Anywhere laggy and annoying as ****
I have two Logitech MX Anywhere mice. One on a Mac Mini M4 and another on a Mac Studio M4 Max. Both of them have the same problem with the mouse freezing up and skipping all over the screen. Very annoying. I've tried many things and it keeps coming back. I'll be looking for another mouse soon.

끊김현상
마우스가 순간적으로 계속 끊기거나 멈추는 현상이 지속적으로 발생합니다. 배터리 체크도 다했고 교체도 해봤는데 그 횟수가 시간이 지날수록 점점 늘어납니다.

Flow功能失效
Fiow突然無法使用
狀況都顯示正常，兩台電腦都重新配對滑鼠，也都更新Logi+，也重設Flow
也都顯示連線成功
但無論如何滑鼠游標就是無法在兩台電腦間切換2 votes -
F123标准功能键失效
k380键盘在使用时，logi options+中设置F1F2F3作为标准功能键使用，失效，无法实现，必须fn+F1使用才可以，请检查此功能无法实现的原因。

MX keys mini 사용중인데요
컴 부팅,재부팅이나 시간지나서 컴 만지면 LED가 자동으로 켜집니다. 꼭 필요할때만 켜서 배터리 오래가게 하고 싶은데 예전엔 안그랬는데 펌웨어 업데이트 후 이래요 옵션에 LED 끄는 기능이 있었으면 좋겠습니다

Mous stops responding
My MX Anywhere stops responding until i call up Windows Bluetooth and Devices settings where it miraculously wakes up. Why?

Laser pointer resets to original location (main screen) - NOT GOOD
Logi Options+ DOES NOT support keeping the laser pointer WHERE IT WAS when stopped. With multiple screens being used, this is a major problem; it makes the device useless/difficult to operate.

Muis snelheid niet altijd goed
De snelheid van de muis is niet altijd juist. Wanneer ik verbinding heb met een VPN gaat het nog goed, maar zodra die automatisch uitvalt en ik dus helemaal geen internet meer heb gaat de muis heel langzaam. Ik maak verbinding via USB (niet via bluetooth)

自定義按鍵異常
用wave keys鍵盤，另定義「pg dn」為「鎖定」，操作時會有無法作用（無法鎖定）的情況發生，要按好多次該鍵他才會意識到自己要執行鎖定的工作。不知原因為何？

Return current support for Logitech Productivity Mouse
You are selling mice brand new that you no longer support in software. And you keep shoving upgrades down my throat, when it breaks my mouse functionality, which is made worse because there's no onboard storage, yet I need this mouse because it's small, and your small gaming mice don't have tilt scroll wheel. You still sell the Logitech Productivity Mouse, so why aren't you supporting it in your current software? This is how you lose customers for life.

アプリインストール後の不具合
パッドのスクロールが最大から最小に変化させても全く変わらず、Webブラウザーで縦スクロール時に急激にスクロールして扱いづらくなった。

Slow pointer after wake from sleep
Pointer slow (lagging in move), after wake up from sleep (even opening the Logi Options+ application). It is only fixed by restarting the mac. Please, fix this.

Where is the screen capture being saved?
You offer the choice of saving a screen capture using the MX Keys keyboard to either the clipboard or a file. Would you mind telling us where that file is? It is not in the clipboard nor the default Windows download folder.

Problea teclado inactivo
El teclado entra constantemente en MODO INACTIVO. Cómo puedo hacer para que la retroiluminación permanezca prendida el tiempo que fue configurado en la aplicación. Configuré 3 minutos, y a los 10-15 segundos la retroiluminación se apaga y el teclado pasa automaticamente a MODO INACTIVO, lo que implica además que se pierdan pulsaciones hasta que el teclado "revive". Es realmente incómodo intentar trabajar así. Alguien podría ayudarme?

Screen Capture button captured by Logi Options+
Logi Options+ is capturing my Print Screen button, I don't like this because I use another app for my screen capturing and there is no way to disable this!
