3. I don't get special characters out of my new keyboard

   I have a scandinavian Logitech ergo k860 keyboard and I cannot get back slash ot of the keyboard. ALT+ keys are also not working.

   The selected language is Finnish.

   This expensive keyboard is useless if I cannot use the special characters I need.

6. 【改善提案】Logi Options＋　ジェスチャー設定

   MXMaster3Sを使用しております。サムボタンのジェスチャーの設定で元々のプリセットである「ウィンドウの管理」では，「①ホールド＋左に移動で左スナップ，②ホールド＋右に移動で右スナップ」で各アプリケーションを左右に寄せることが出来ます。しかし，「カスタム」に設定した場合，上記の「左スナップ，右スナップ」が選択として存在しないため，上記の動きが出来ません。次回のシステム改修時に合わせて追加いただけますと幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。

12. Keyboard issues

    I am having issues since I connected my new ERGO K860 device. My Logitech speakers stopped functioning. I am having typing issues as in slow response at times and other times a constant repeating of a single letter. Help!

13. Cancelamento de configs do MX Master 3S quando atualiza Logi Options+

    Sugiro que os aplicativos que forem adicionados e configurados para ações dos botões do mouse MX Master 3S não sejam apagadas quando há atualizações. Toda atualização que ocorre automaticamente do meu aplicativo Logi Options+ cancela todas as minhas configurações, o que não deveria ocorrer.

16. Modifications for on application do not work

    Hi! I am fed up with Logi Options+ keep losing settings for my MX Master 3 mouse for Firefox browser. I am resuming my computer from hibernation OR I am starting my computer from a clean shut down and: 1. Mouse modifications for Firefox work OR 2. Mouse modifications for Firefox do not work OR 3. Mouse modifications for Firefox work for a random period of time (10mins or 2 hours) and suddenly stop working. I am always updating software to the latest version. I have made several uninstall and re-installations. I have this problem from the beginning of the ownership of this mouse. I am a returning customer as I was using the MX Revolution for about 15 years. I have resent this behaviour to the support but never received a valid solution to the problem. Can you help?

17. Gestures: windows navigation doesn't work

    mx keys Gestures: window navigation doesn't work. hold + move left etc. doesn't work.
    I've mapped this to backward-button on the mouse.

    It stopped working very lately. maybe a last week. now it's Nov 21 2023.

18. 맥북 m1 에서 mx anywhere 3 smartShit 자동 풀림 문제

    맥북 m1 에서 (최선 버전) 사용 도중
    중간에 스마트쉬프트 가 자동으로 풀리는 문제가 간혈적으로 발생하네요.

    로직+ 들어가서 보면 풀어 있다고 나와서 계속 설정하고 , 반복하니 짜증이 나네요

20. smartshift自动关闭

    从买来到现在近2年，每次都是使用一段时间后 smartshift会自动关闭，每次都是手动打开软件手动打开smartshift。这个是不是哪里有bug，麻烦修复下。
