1. Software is unusable

   This is the worst software Logitech has ever produced. It locks up and will not let you configure anytthing. It automatically configures things that are not applicable and then functions will not work at all.

2. Randomly Forgets Keybinds

   FIX THIS, every time my goes to sleep or if i leave it idle logi options just forgets all my mouse key bindings and i have to open up the app and reselct them to get them back.

4. Bug with Flow and Scroll Free Spin Between Mac and Windows

   On my MX Anywhere 3S the Free Spin wheel setting is not retained when moving back and forth using Flow between a Windows and Mac computer. Both computers are set to use Free Spin but the Mac keeps reverting to Ratchet setting. I would like a bug opened so Logitech can fix this.

5. prompt builder fails when signed in to (free) openAI

   when signed in (thru google) to chatGPT, the prompt builder fails. text selects properly and fills the textfield, but this does not open chatGPT successfully on clicking "submit." It just opens a new/recent chatGPT thread, without inputting the prompt.

10. problem with logi+

    When installed logi options+ it tried to configure as logitech options, but it seems one configuration is not available for the mx master 3. The problem is when I hit the Got It! button it doesn't do anything and I cannot go further.

14. Maustasten gespiegelt

    Ich nutze eine Logitech Lift Left am Schreibtisch und bin mit damit sehr zufrieden. Unnötig kompliziert und störend ist jedoch, wie mit der linken und rechten Maustaste umgegangen wird. Ich verwende zB unterwegs eine M238 und muss immer das Layout im Betriebsystem umstellen, da die Maustasten gespiegelt sind. Bei einem Produkt für >60€ will ich eigentlich nicht so eine Erfahrung machen. Bitte um eine Option, die Maustasten einfach Hardwareseitig zu drehen, sodass diese sich gleich zu allen anderen Mäusen verhalten. Es mag Spezialfälle geben, wo es sinnvoll ist, aber an einem normalen Mac oder iPad oder PC lassen sich die Tasten für alle Mäuse einheitlich konfigurieren.

15. Enable backlight duration configuration on MX Keys business

    I would like to extend the time the back light remains on for my logitech MX Keys for business however the setting for back light does not appear in my logi Options+ . I appreciate this is effectively an MX Key S keyboard with a different dongle so why can I not enable this option? Is it an over site in the logi+ software?

16. Mouse stuck in Configuring

    My mouse is stuck in configuring every time i start my computer, so all custom button assigmments don't work.
    Are you actually planning on fixing this issue? i submitted feedback 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.
    I have always used and recommended logitech products to friends, but I am seriously thinking of changing brands if this issue continues
