Ease of use
Tech has gone the path of making it more difficult to add or change devices. Load and app for Logi marketing is abusive. The hardware DID NOT work and going back to where purchased and will share all I know to those I know. LOGI once was trusted, not so much any more.

软件过于臃肿，在mac中表现为好多个软件，以及后台运行时的高运行内存占用，如果不小心用清理软件清除一些残留数据，options+会直接打不开，并且固件升级工具还不支持master3s，希望可以有所改进！

SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE
I have been trying to contact Support for weeks now. The Chat robot keeps going into an infinite loop where it wants to ID my product. I answer all the questions and it loops right back to the start of that process. I try calling support. Go thorough all the menus and after "We'll transfer you to one of our agents", the call just sits there and no one ever answers. For hours. My MX keyboard has a defect. What the heck am I supposed to do??? IF you are no longer offering support, just say so. I'm REALLY ticked…

SmartSwitch keeps turning off for Application Override
I have an application override set to change the horizontal scroll speed when using edge. However it keeps also disabling SmartSwitch for no reason meaning that I regularly need to re-open Options+ to correct this. It saves for while but then seems to forget this after a few hours.

MX master 3 not working with Logi option
in the latest version of macOS.
The logioptions app is not working properly.I have an MX master 3 mouse and the options that are configured in logiOptions do not work. The mouse only has the "default option".
For example: I changed the natural scrolling to standard, then I tried and it does not recognize the function I have set.
It happens to me every day, I have to restart the machine, it works for a while and then it goes back to all the default values.

Inverted Scroll not persistent when switching accounts
Inverted Scroll setting is lost when switching between accounts.
Details:
I use two accounts on Win11 and have the Scroll setting set to inverted on both using the Logi Options+ application. When I switch to the another account and back the Inverted option is lost. Workaround: open the options app and set it back to normal and then back to inverted, such that it is now inverted again.It would be nice if the inverted option was persistent

Everyday the application stays open and working for several hours, but eventually after making the application window active it will only display an all purple window with no content displayed within it. Must then close application and re-open at couple times per work-day. Please fix. Thank you.

MX Master 3 lags with MacBook Pro 2021
im using MX Master 3 via USB dongle with MacBook Pro 2021, but for some reason it keeps lagging, also when I use it via bluetooth it keeps lagging, although the device is up to date.

Programming a key to "Break" results in "Scroll Lockl"
BUG. I a few moments ago reported that I could not program the "Pause" key to my MXKeys. I use the OSK (Windows On Screen Keyboard) to program it. After programming a key to "Pause" (is shown as "Break" in Options+) the action shows as "Scroll Lock" on the OSK. So to summarize...programming "Break" to a key results with the key being programmed to "Scroll Lock".

Bug programming "Pause" key with Options+
BUG. I had the "Pause" keyboard key programmed on my MXKeys keyboard with Options. With Options+ the setting did not transfer over. When I try and program the key (as I did with Options) using the Windows Visual Keyboard the "Pause" key is programmed as "Break". This key is important to me and now I cannot get it back!! Options will force me to use Options+ for this keyboard!!

garbage software stops recognizing custom hotkeys
your software sucks. im sick of booting up my computer or just coming back to it after a few hours to find the custom hotkeys for both my mouse and keyboard dont work because your garbage drivers dont recognize them. FIX IT.

Smart actions turn to draft when turning PC on.
Smart actions created by me are always 'drafts' when first turning on my work PC/ Everytime I turn on my work pc in the morning I have to open logioptions+ and reenable a custom smart action back to active and then activate it. It's now costing me more time to reenable it every morning than opening all the applications manually.

UNUSABLE SUDDENLY
Keyboard has started being very delayed and some keys simply not working and the mouse stuttery and slow! Not sure how to fix? MX Master 3 both keyboard and mouse.
