Bluetooth jittery and drops out
Appalling Bluetooth connectivity with my MX Master S3 mouse - jittery, drop out, reinstalled Logitech app, drivers up to date, new pc, UI discovery dreadful. Regrettable purchase. Mx keys also experiencing drop out. All devices within a meter of each other. Only mobile Bluetooth nearby.

Прекрасные устройства, замечательный софт. Но почему в премиум устройствах по премиум цене используются недолговечные, дешёвые материалы? Микропереключатель левой кнопки в мышке MX Master 3S, запас прочности которого 2 года. Это не нормально!!! Серебристая краска по ободу той же мыши, стирающаяся за те же 2 года использования в местах, где пальцы прикасаются к корпусу. Предыдущая M 500 уже 10 лет служит без поломки микропереключателей. Пожалуйста перестаньте экономить на лояльных пользователях или потеряете их.

calc button not open calc!!
this keyboard never worked well again after some windows 11 update, after tried steps from support the calc button never opened it again, it is super sad that your app still not working well, neither uninstall and install again, super sad.

NO AI until core features work
Please don't develop AI feature for a Mouse when there are multiple and annoying connection delays, and bugs in the BLUETOOTH CONNECTION of such mouse. Core features first, nice to haves later. It's the ABC of any product feature development roadmap.

MX Creative Console profile page button press shortcuts no longer work.
The ability to cycle through the last profile page to the first (and vice versa) has stopped working. Also, the long-press shortcut to the first and last profile pages has also stopped working.

Worst hardware releated app i've ever seen
This app is garbage. Nothing works as it should. App crashes often, eats lot of memory. Not only on Windows, but on Mac os too. Shame.

Teclado MXKeys S com problemas para abrir o perfil do app LogiOptions+
tenho tido grandes dificuldades com o app logi options+... ele fica apenas processando e não identifica o meu teclado MX Keys S, tanto no wifi, quanto na conexão Bluetooth, ele não abre as configurações do teclado para poder acessar o meu perfil pré configurado e não abrindo meu perfil ele não funciona as teclas que pre configurei, funciona o modo padrão de fábrica apenas... espero uma solução celere, com meus maiores cumprimentos.

The time that passes from the time I log in until the Logi Options+ kick in is extremely long. The Logi Options (non plus) was much faster. What I mean by kicking in is that it starts to apply my customs settings of customisable buttons on my mouse and keyboard. startup permission already granted - don't ask again
The app does not recognize that it has already been allowed in the Mac OS settings to start upon logging in- I have added both Logi Options+ and LogiPluginService into the list of apps to start upon logging in. I have also allowed Logi Options+.app and Logitech Inc. to run on the background. However I don't know, whether the Logitech Inc. item isn't linked only to the Logi Options (non plus) app, which I had peviously installed but uninstalled using the uninstaller. Hello. I want to let the developers know my feedback because the App created 270 GB of logs on my MacBook. It made my disk full and my computer laggy. Thank God that I have ChatGPT who guided me on how to find what and where the junk was.
