Issue with MX Keys S keyboard
Pressing Control key (extreme left bottom of keyboard) on MX keys S combo sometimes triggers zoom in /zoom out on all apps like excel, browser, etc. and some times changes the desktop folder view from large to small or vice versa. When I connect other keyboards to PC this issue does not arise.

Screen capture not working under Sonoma

I tried it all, using Advanced uninstall. No change.
I used this mouse on an iMac 5K with this set up under MacOS Ventura current version and it was working perfectly.I upgraded to a Mac Studio M2 Max with macOS Sonoma, now 14.2.1 and it does’t work anymore.
Screen capture to a file or to the clipboard just capture the desktop background as it doesn’t see any window on top of the desktop. Mac default Capture app works perfectly fine.1 vote -

Jerky vertical scrolling
I like a lot about this mouse (Master 3s for Mac) but don't use it for everyday because of the jerky scrolling. The magic mouse scrolls smoothly so I can read text as I scroll. The 3s is jerky, making it painful to scroll and try to read at the same time. Very disappointing.

Autodesk Inventor 2024 Undo/Redo not working
Undo and Redo actions aren't working for Autodesk Inventor 2024, even though Inventor uses the same hotkeys ('Ctrl+Z' for undo; 'Ctrl+Y' for redo) as most other programs.
I've also tried using the keybind feature with the above hotkeys with no action from the program, while using the hotkeys by keyboard works as expected (undoing my last action, and redoing my last undo, respectively and regardless of what modeling mode the program is in)1 vote -
Reduce bloat, use less CPU
It bothers me that Logi Options+ uses 1-3 % of my CPU. It would be great if it would be possible to disable unnecessary things like "Smart Actions" to make the App more lightweight.

light light light on MX KEYS please
Please allow MX Keys to have light on permanently. Serious, what is "bright environment" feature? Totally over-engineering to be honest. I have no light other than a table LED, which provide almost no light on my table other than making this keyboard "bright environment". Can it really be right that I have to take it apart and rip out the light sensor?

Volume for scroll wheel on MS-Master 3s fail.
Just bought a new MX-Master 3s. Using Options and Options +. Assigned volume up and down to the scroll wheel. It only works when the program (Options/Options+) is fully open on the Windows desktop. This has to be a software issue as my MX-Master 3 works fine with that configuration. Please address in the next updates.

Keyboard Shortcut/Modifier Key Compatibility is Weak
Ensure that modifier keys assigned to side buttons are held for as long as the button is held (for option-drag, scroll, etc.).
Allow assignment of button click in pan gesture mode, as smart zoom doesn't seem to do anything.
Re-enable mouse button 4+5 support so if Logi Options+ is useless we can at least leverage BetterTouchTool or the like.
I'm flexible and open to adapting here, but I can't manage to get anything resembling the basic workflow out of a premium Logitech mouse that I had with a cheap Chinese generic. Using Logi Options+ on macOS Ventura.

wrong function of a key
My keyboard has a software problem. This is so: if i set the function keys on, my minus key (-) on the left side, lock my screen. normally it has not got any sign on it for a second command. however, if i set the function keys on it works so. it's not normal.

Devices not configured
On both of my devices this tool is not working properly. I hate to turn on the app in order to make mouse and keyboard configured. It's really frustrating and has been happening since I have these Logitech products. Also on the prior build, so it's not OS issue or something.

Problem with MX Keys S
MX Keys S cannot be detected via USB Bolt or Bluetooth for firmware upgrade. MX Keys S goes crazy from time to time where assignment of standard keys become something else and the keyboard needs to be switched off and then on again for a reset. Eg, pressing "s" should mean "s" is typed in but the action launches some app, etc
