Backlighting is annoying when sleeping
Please allow us to turn off the backlighting on keys when it loses connection and is searching for a device to connect to. I turn my pc off at night and the keyboard will continue to periodically light up the room all night. Just have it go to sleep if it hasn't had connection in 5 minutes and reconnect on button press or something.

Smooth scrole not functioning
Dear Sir or Madam,
My product serial number: 2323LZ06MH58
Smooth scrol is genius, quite frankly I love it. Unfortunately it only works in google chrome and not even in the logitech app itself.
I have noticed, that if I click in a chrome window and then hover over other apps with the cursor, it works just fine until I click in the app (for example Spotify).Is there a fix for this? As far as I am aware there is no availabe firmware update for the mouse.

Can you please fix the app as it is buggy as ****? Nonstop issues with mouse or keyboard and the app is crashing multiple times when PC is running.

Cannot connect my G435 headphones to this app, but I can connect them via Bluetooth and they are working (but app does not see them)

abbruch bei zu viel photoshop ram usage
wenn photoshop zu viel RAM verbraucht, bricht die verbindung zur mx master 3s ab. alle anderen bluetooth verbindungen bleiben bestehen. nur ein pc neustart hilft.

安装Options+之后经常出现按键粘滞问题
Windows10系统（22H2，19045.3803），使用蓝牙连接，键盘型号为K380，安装Options+软件之后，会出现按键粘滞的情况（比如输入过程中按一下a键会持续输出n个a），如果卸载Options+软件 输入就恢复正常。如附件所示

Not a bug - certainly user error-- but still, can't figure it out!
Why can't I edit the 1-2-3 keys? I don't have that device anymore and can't figure out how to get rid of it -or- even connect the new one!

备份后，再下载数据不完整
自动保存到服务器上的数据丢失导致不完整。而且出现了多次这样的情况。

MX ERGOでBluetooth接続をしばらくした後のバグ
UnifyingレシーバとBluetooth接続を切り替えながら使っているとき、Bluetooth接続にしばらく切り替えたままにしておくとその後デバイスとの接続ができなくなります。（MX ERGO）
Logi optionsのアンインストール後再インストールで解決しましたが、アンインストールした時点で設定が破棄され、設定を最初からやり直すこととなり非常に不便でした。

MOUSE DROPPED BUTTON FUNCTION FOR NO REASON
