Terrible connection consistency
Terrible connection quality. The entire point of connecting to the usb hub is to switch between computers. The Keyboard does this but the MX mouse does not. Junk.

Thinking of moving away from Logi
I'm getting very frustrated trying to connect a K520 keyboard and M325 mouse via a unifying receiver to my W11 HP laptop. I've tried 2 different receivers and run the Logi Options 1.92.731496 app several times and submitted the above information via your chat service but not received any feedback.

Latest version of Options reintroduces the overriding windows toggle keys settings - please leave our system settings alone!
The most recent version of Logitech options is overriding windows toggle key notifications again. This is an old problem that should have been resolved many versions ago, not re-released. The "smart" features of Logi Options don't work anyway: the software would be SO much more useful if you downgraded it to a silent background driver and leave our window settings alone please.

Flow functionality issue
Hello, the keyboard I'm using is the MX KEY S, and the mouse is the MX ANYWHERE 3. Recently, I've encountered some issues when using the Flow. I've connected 3 devices now. When I switch from device 1 to device 2, both the mouse and the keyboard can switch simultaneously. However, when I switch from device 2 to device 3, the mouse switches, but the keyboard remains on device 2. Could you please help me solve this problem? Thank you!

settings keep resetting, app crashing
my settings keep getting reset. the app is closing or crashing in the background. i have to open it for some settings (button mapping) to work, and i always have to reset scroll settings. super annoying and disappointing. doesnt happen on other mac, does on this mac.

The "logioptionsplos_agent.exe" uses 11GB of RAM. This is clearly a CRITICAL bug. Please revert the version.

inexcusable trackball problems
How about having software that actually works? Youve had the exact same trackball on the market for almost a decade now, so there is no excuse for your users to experience ANY software/driver related issue. It should not randomly decide that it forgot the trackball exists, or randomly need re-pairing if connected by bluetooth. These problems should have been resolved already period.

Issue with connectivity and some key's won't work
The app always forgot my keyboard. It always shows "configuring" my device. Due to this issue some keys won't work properly.
This has been long since this issue and now it's becoming irritating.
Please fix this asap.

User unfriendly!
Why do you make things user-unfriendly?
(1) I wanted to see whether I was using Options or Options+, but you've eliminated the titlebar so I had to go to Task Master to find out.
(2) I have two MX Master 2 S mice. As a result, they show in the window with the same name, and you don't provide a way to give them different, user-friendly names,1 vote -

signature K855 キーボード
を使用しています。急に、スペースや一つの文字が連続して入力する事象が始まります。
（その時には、接続しているパソコンのF○キーが点滅）キーボードリセットやパソコン再起動をしても改善しません。
Logi Options + も再インストール済。どのような原因が考えられ、改善方法があればご教示いただけると幸いです。

Also - Your ******* mice don't reconnect if BT is turned off in windows. Also ******* lame.

modal feedback window makes it hard to give feedback
I've just submitted two pieces of feedback and it's been harder than it needs be.
The feedback window is modal. This means if I want to describe a problem with the display, it's a nightmare. because I can't move the feedback window out of the way and look at the bit of screen I want to describe.
The feedback window is not resizable so if your feedback contains a fair bit of content, it's hard to see it all at once to review before submitting.
Please remember the email address. I've had to put that in THREE times now.

window size can't be adjusted beyond some arbitrary size smaller than my screen
Allow a bit more window resizing and possibly ensure 'thin' devices are stacked up above 'wide' devices.
Currently I have a mouse, a webcam and a keyboard. This is apparently too wide for the application window max size and I get an arrow pointing left (or right if I move the picture). This is incredibly frustrating.
The app window is about 2/3 the width of the screen so there's plenty of room to display the extra inch or so of white space it seems to want.
Alternatively given my selection of devices, it might be more useful to put the…
