  1. Retain backup of mouse settings

    Everytime there is an upgrade in the logitech Options+ I lose all my previous settings. Please fix this. This is so annoying.

  2. Total bloat and non functional POS

    I'm not cool with you throwing folders all over the place on my computer, and it's a ******* mouse. We don't need AI, just make it work the same on both side by side computers. Quit messing around, you have lost a customer.

  3. No LOGIN to make Smart Keys work

    PLEASE remove that stupid stupid stupid requirement to login for a smart keystroke to take effect. It should be in the keyboard memory. I shouldn't have to login to have that take effect. I use this keyboard for work and am very restricted on my work laptop on what programs I can start and this program is NOT one of them. It would be VERY helpful to have the login NOT required for smart keys to work. I don't always remember to login, until I hit a smart key that doesn't work and puts my computer to sleep, before I…

  6. MX Keys backlight sleep timing adjustement

    The MX Keys for Mac is a good keyboard but the constant backlight on/off is terribly distracting. Give us a way to have the lights always on or at least let us adjust the timing for them to turn off as it is way too short. Thanks.

    2024-02-26更新到最新版後,滑鼠MX master 3s 的多應用程式按鈕設定存檔後只要有重開機所有應用程式設定都會不見, 從雲端拉備份下來也是空的

  10. BUG: smart shift scrolling turns off after logi options update

    whenever there's an update, the smart shift for the scroll wheel on my mouse is switched off, which i find rather frustrating.

    对于一下几个状态，经常不知道实际状态是什么，只能是按一下试试，比如经常大小写必须打字看实际的是什么才能判断当前的状态，建议在背光上以最高亮度显示以作区别，或者在屏幕上以图标来提示（thinkpad上的键盘的小原点灯就是很好的设计）：
    1、Fn+esc的开启和关闭
    2、CapsLock的开启和关闭
    3、numberlock的开启和关闭
    4、设备切换的选择（具体是三个当中的哪个）
    5、背光灯模式，静音状态，背光亮度

  15. MX master 3s polling rate is too low

    Hello,
    I bought the mx master 3s yesterday and i am really enjoying it. But there is one major problem which is killing it for me and a lot of people. I can notice the pointer hicking up while moving it which is caused by the low polling rate of around 128hz. I am coming from a mouse that was 1000hz and im also using a high refresh rate monitor so the low polling rate of the mouse is noticeable. Im sure the modern hardware on the mouse and reiever can handle more. So please, please increase the polling rate…

  17. öppna länk i nytt fönster

    Hej. Är nöjd med mus, men saknar möjlighet att använda mittknappen för att öppna länk i nytt fönster då man använder firefox, så som man kan göra i tex crome.
    Bilden visar aktuellt val i crome, detta finns ej i firefox. Är det något som jag har missat?

  20. LogiOptions+がBoltレシーバーを認識しない

    ここ数ヶ月ほどの間に、急にLogi Options+にマウスM650付属のLogi Bolt USB レシーバーが認識されなくなった。通常のマウス機能には問題ないがOptions+では認識されないまま。電池交換、USBポートの変更、ドライバーの更新は試した。サイドボタンカスタムが使えないので、以前のように戻すか直してほしい
