the newiest logi app for keyboard and mouse cannot find keyboard. Using the logitech USB reciever to link mouse an keyboard. also support doesnt work in app.

New Teams Version Teams for School/work
There is a new version of Microsoft Teams that doesn't have a certain functionality. There isn't a mute function it just uses the default application commands.

Disable Horizontal Smooth Scrolling
Please let me disable smooth HORIZONTAL scrolling. It makes it really hard to scroll horizontally on e.g. Google Sheets, because the sheet keeps scrolling one or two columns after I reached my desired position, so I always have readjust the position. I know that this is caused by some "smart" smoothness applied when Chrome is in focus, because if I put another window in front of Chrome, and then scroll while my mouse pointer is over Chrome, the smoothness issue does not happen.

鼠标MX VERTICAL在logi options+的自定义快捷键，在edge浏览器内不能用。原来的logi options是可以用的。

Chatbox is a waste
The customer support chat bot is a joke. I cycled through twenty questions and when I answered that my mouse worked fine on another computer, it cycled me back to the beginning. As if Logitech takes no responsibility for how the mouse works with another device.

Mouse management too complicated & fragile now
I had a problem reconnecting MX Master 2S to unifying receiver... I called up old Logi Options and IIRC it took me somewhere online (where it failed to connect). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T DO THIS SORT OF THING. What happens if I can't get online for some reason? Such functionality should always be available locally.
As to why I did that... I had switched to Bluetooth because the USB unifying receiver kept "failing" - I suspect some MS update at work! But THEN I found that audio over my Jabra earbuds was absolutely horrible. But, once I reverted to unifying…

Bring back function assignments to left and right buttons
I have used Logitech Trackballs since they first came out and on older versions I could assign funtions like keystrokes to left and right buttons.
I can no longer do that with these latest trackballs and it drives me crazy because for almost 2 decades now my wheel button was assigned to "right click" and right button was assigned to keystroke "enter/return".
This allows me to work very efficiently.
I have tried with new trackball to reverse these assignments because I cannot make assignments to the right button, but it simple does not work as well.

Fehler mit seitlichen Tasten bei Mausrad
Wenn man bei der Maus M500S die seitlichen Bildläufe auf mittlere Maustaste umstellt wird diese nicht mehr losgelassen. Also wenn z.B. in einem PDF Viewer die mittlere Maustaste zum bewegen genutzt wird und man auf eine der seitlichen Mausradtasten kommt, so beendet sich der bewegen Befehl nicht automatisch. Wenn man nur die mittlere Maustaste klickt beendet sich der Befehl. Verwendet man die alte Options Software funktioniert alles wie gewohnt.

공용 pc 로그아웃 상태에서 자동 로그인
처음에 브라우저를 통해서 로그인 한 다음
Logi Options+ 와 브라우저(ex chrome) 둘 다 로그아웃 된 상태인데
Logi Options+ 계정 아이콘을 클릭하면 브라우저를 통해 바로 로그인이 되네요..
공용으로 사용하는 pc 에서 이런 상황이 없어야 할 것 같아서 피드백 보내봅니다1 vote -

Logi Options+ stops running in the background.
Hello, the Logi Options+ application is not running in the background. I open it but after a while it ends. So the shortcut keys I assigned to the mouse don't work. Until I open the program again. What should I do to keep it open in the background. I am using the latest version, Windows 11 latest version.

Device not working
Had an MX Master 3 for 2 maybe 3 years now and all of a sudden it wont communicate with its BT USB. Not sure what to do about this

Needless complication
You need to have ONE SOFTWARE to control everything. Instead of "Setpoint," "Unifying," "Logi Web," "Options," and "Options+," you should have ONE PROGRAM that does everything all these otehr softwares do separately.
Get rid of "Logi Web." I can't use it with my browser, and I'm not going to change my default browser just to use a ****** program THAT SHOULD JUST BE UNIFYING ANYWAY.
When I load "Options+," you should just go straight to my default mouse, and that should show all the options I can tweak. I shouldn't have to click "Mouse," "Settings," Pointers and Scroll," and "Mouse…

Retain button settings
On a daily basis I have to open the Logi Options app otherwise I lose the customized behavior of the button below the scroll wheel on the Master 2S.
I hate the default feature of speed scroll or whatever it's called, and i have it set to toggle. This just resets itself unless I open the options app. This happens almost every day.
