problems with the mouse when 20 percent of the charge

hi, when my mouse drops to 20 percent, it often starts behaving as if the computer freezes (I've been using it for 1 year now), when I plug in the charging cable, the cursor starts working properly again, I can record a video, guys, tell me what's wrong, it's terrible, maybe there will be an update that will fix it?

截图功能不能选择截图范围、不能选择保存路径
logi options+的屏幕截图功能BUG：直接按截图键、或者alt+win+截图两种方式都直接保存在桌面，不能设置保存路径；且只能含所有拓展桌面桌面截图，不能选择当前窗口。原来的options已经不能用了，严重影响使用请尽快修复BUG。

Calculator not in focus
Hi
When pressing Calculator key on keyboard, Calculator app is opened in background, it would be much more of use if the Calculator app is in foreground after pressing Calculator key so I can make calculation instantly.

Options+ not working
Let the software work. After long periods of nothing on the screen, the Options+ software would not find my Performance MX mouse that I am currently using after turning it off and back on again.

LogiOptionsPlusExcelAddin causes cut and paste problems in Excel. I remove it from the Excel add-ins but it keeps re-adding itself. Please either fix the C&P error or make it a human-setting only.

The update ERASED ALL MY CUSTOMIZATIONS.

The mouse and Options+ application work disgustingly in Windows. On the third day, the back button and the gesture button under the thumb stopped working. In Windows, it periodically refuses to work with the desktop, which is solved by turning on the task manager and clicking on it! Fix this ****! Or return the money for the mouse.

I brought this keyboard because it has backlit keys, but mostly they don't work. It seems at night they are on sometimes. In the daytime. They are not on and when I turn on the light the F3 button, all I get is a backlit symbol with an X through it. Please correct I understand the keys turn off when not in use. I'm all good with that. my idea is to fix your lack of insight in design of your software. You have enough resources to figure out to enable your mouse and keyboard before the user actually needs to use it. Mitigating the need to actually go searching for your application, opening up to enable your products to work as intended... I let you figure out what I am getting at. You should fifure out.

After updating Mac to Sonoma, over night the Logi app added approx. 340GB of files to the Library / logs folder inside a folder called 'xlog_logitech'Caused huge problems.

Unable to install older Logi+ version
I've just tried to install an older version of the app, from https://support.logi.com/hc/en-za/articles/4418699283607-Logi-Options . This web page allows to download, say, 1.82.618412 , but what actually gets installed is 1.89.705126. Thus, that web page (and/or) the installer are completely broken and misleading. This is absolute nonsense that you don't provide any means to recover from a faulty update (the 1.89.705126 version seem to be completely broken - it looks like it makes mouse unusable).
