Last update issues with unifying receiver.
Ever since the last update, my mouse when using the receiver supplied with my S3, the cursor acts as if its losing connection with the receiver sometimes.
The only way I can get the mouse to be smooth at all times again is to use a bluetooth receiver over the logitech supplied one. .

Useless update to app
Stop making changes to the app, seriously it is so frustrating having everything operating perfectly, and then with 1 update everything, all my settings get destroyed, and my workflow is completely thrown off. Useless, absolutely useless. To the managers trying to make themselves look better to their bosses in meetings, realize how stupid of a move this was. Makes me want to give up Logi all together, complete unLOGIcal move.

Button mapping breaking
The mapping of buttons feature of Logi+ app, continuously breaks. This seems to be a known bug. I have to reopen the Logi+ app all the time to get the mapping to work again. Can your engineers work on making basic features work first rather than creating new ones?

F-key, Media Key as shortcut
Make F-Key / Media Keys a mappable function in the software. Because, as far as I can tell the only ways to change Function-Lock requires FN+Esc to be pressed to swap between F-Keys and media keys, or several clicks via software. The placement of FN key makes this a two handed operation and when needing to swap back and forth often, moving off the mouse to the keyboard and back gets very old.

Hyper-v Virtual network breaks Logitech flow
Logitech flow doesn't handle networks that are added to a Hyper-v bridge. I now have to remove my adapter to make it find the other computers. But wireshark has no problem seeing the broadcast package.

mouse cursor skipping/jerks on screen during moviing
I am using M650 mouse but there is delay/skipping/jerks in mouse cursor during moving from point A to point B. so it's not smooth at all. I checked Process/RAM those are totally free and no issue with the system.

Contextual Crown features missing in Logitec Craft keyboard with Logi+
Logi+ do not support the contextual crown options in the Adobe software please bring back this main feature. That's why I purchased the Logitech Craft keyboard at first place.

Logi Option+ when autoupdate make computer unstable
Your Logi Option+ application continuously make my laptop not responding while auto update.
This issue always happened during critical time.
I have mouse MX Masters 3S and Spotlight presentation. Both I use daily and during auto update on background, these two device cannot connected via bluetooth.
I must restart my laptop to make it works again.Such a frustating issue when Logi Option auto update makes all hardware not working properly. Even my laptop not responding and I must restart by with CRTL+ALT+DEL
If you want to auto update, please do not too frequently. This is very disturbing.

Test it before you release it. Don't you have the least self respect?
Regardless if is Options or Options Plus don't you even bother to test to see if these programs WORK before you release them? For as long as I can remember they refuse to recognise any new keyboard or mouse that is added and are stuck in no devices mode.

Intel Mac (Macos15.6)でMX Anywhere 2Sをワイヤレス接続すると、入力系機能が暴走する
Intel MacBook Pro 13 mid-2019をmacOS15.6にアップデートして数日後、以下の事象が発生。
・左クリックが数十秒遅延したり、勝手にドラッグする
・Safariでyoutubeを見ていると、勝手に2倍速になる。一時停止して通常再生にしても、勝手に2倍速になる。
・Wi-Fiや有線LANが全く繋がらなくなる →クリーンインストール後に解消BluetoothをOFFにすると、1点目と2点目は解消される。MX Anywhere 2SからIntel Macに何らかの信号を送っているが、Mac側でその読み取りを誤っているか、そもそもマウスがおかしいのかわかりません。
Macのクリーンインストール後、Logi Optionsインストール前も同じ症状は発生していました。マウスのファームウェア？が、おかしい場合、修正して頂きたいです。
なお、BluetoothとUnifyingレシーバー、どちらも同じ事象が発生します。1 vote -

Problemas con cada actualización
La aplicación normalmente funciona a la perfección, tengo todo configurado completamente, etc. Pero hay momentos en los que la aplicación se actualiza de la nada, a pesar de que tengo desactivada la opción de actualizaciones automáticas, y cuando esto pasa, muchas veces da problemas hasta que sale una nueva actualización. Se resetea la configuración y me toca volver a configurar todo a como lo tenía antes, no funcionan las teclas que tengo seleccionadas para emojis o para captura de pantalla, y es un poco frustrante, porque como todo funciona bien la mayoría del tiempo, quisiera en ese caso no actualizar…

Unable to connect multiple mice
I have been using unifying software for YEARS with 2 mice and keyboard - no issues. Now moving to Logi Options, only 1 mouse works at a time. I cannot have 2 mice operational at one time. Tried going back to unifying and it will not detect my receiver. I will no longer be recommending logitech to our staff for mice and keyboards.
