update ruined my mouse
you guys ruined my logitech lift mouse with the newest logi options.
now i can't even pair my mouse to use with my macbook through your app and i've lost all previous customisations made...
what an absolute joke of an update, you need to do better than this absolute garbage.

logi app doesnt save settings if minimized
On macOS, it seems that you have to have the logi options app not only open but front and center in order for your mouse settings to work. the second you minimize the app (not close) the setting revert to default. But once you bring the app back on top, the settings continue

K780 Insert Key Not Working - HELP!!!
The insert key on my K780 is not working or if there is a way to make it work, I am at a loss. I have googled it, watched YouTube video, of course checked this software that is supposed to be to setup your keyboard and the instructions for the insert key does not work but then again your instructions are only up to Windows 10 and I am on 11. Maybe that makes a difference, but I have tried every combination of keys and nothing works. I need to be able to insert lines. Please advise. diane.lavery@gmail.com. Really…

Rebuild the software for MAC from the ground up
Burn down the Software team and everything this miserable team has ever done, then go find a worse punishment for the marketing design team that made them produce this ****.
Logitech - beautiful excellent hardware, SHOCKINGLY BAD SOFTWARE.

RING - Delayed Response / Missed Function Entirely
New feature RING is very slow to respond and sometimes entirely miss the action. I have Toggle Play/Pause button and Mute, 60% of the times it works, 40% miss.
Amongst those 60%, it is mostly delayed response to show the ring by approx. 3-5 sec. During 40%, either the function misses or the RING does not show at all.Kindly notice my feedback such that this feature could be improved as it can be better integration for my workflow.

Gestures Available for SmartActions
SmartActions need to be an option for Gestures. This will allow much greater flexibility with the software. I used to be able to have this feature, but now it is removed

Auto on/off Litra Glow during meetings in Teams, Zoom etc.

I have the same problem except with MS Teams. When I open a different windows during a meeting in Teams the light switches off. That makes the auto on/off useless for professional use.

You updated the app and now I can't get my keyboard to connect anymore. Great job. I've had this keyboard for 2 years and it worked fine until I saw the update.

was für ein Rückschritt.
Ich habe den Logitech SpotLight gekauft weil er etwas kann, was ich ihn mit einer nicht installationspflichtigen Software nutzen kann (Plug & Run).
Nach dem Update soll ich mich jetzt durch Nutzerportale / Smart Actions Anwendungen, etc. durchquälen und muss alles online anmelden.
UNMÖGLICH !!!
Es ist ein hochwertiger Presenter - keine Raketentechnik.

side scroll rollers - not working for volume setup
version : 1.93.755984. MX Master 3S.
for years my mouse was working as expected, ie. just turning the side scroll rollers anytime any where without any clicking anywhere, will increase/reduce volume as setup'ed.
recently, i noticed that the above now fails [think just after the latest update], ie. it doesnt adjust volume until i either .. [1] click onto my pc screen or [2] open up the logi-app.
.. pls advise why so now?
