  1. Bad software for TOP class product

    I bought the MX master and class A product, and I'm really dissapointed on your software it is horrible. I haven´t been able to personalize what I bought it for!

  4. Separately set specific mice do not work

    Hello,
    your software Logi Options+ is useless if i can't swap left and right button just for the Logitech mouse. I use two mice as needed, one on the left and one on the right. Your software will only change the general settings in windows so that both mice can only be used with the same primary button. Your old software SetPoint was able to set each mouse separately, but it no longer recognizes the M325s mouse.

  5. Brio 100 doesn't show up in Logi Options+ menu on my Mac

    I can't see brio 100 camera list on Logi Options+ app. I'm using Mac and the software is updated to the latest version. It works fine in google meet. Not sure why doesn't it show up it the Logi Options+ menu?

  6. Bluetooth Turn Off missing

    There is no option to turn off Bluetooth from the Mouse button. You can only Turn it on (searching mode) by pressing the back side button for 3 seconds. But Bluetooth is always on and it drains the battery rapidly.

  7. options+の動作不良(mx ergo s mxtb2)

    mx ergo s mxtb2を利用しています。
    ble接続中にlogi options+を立ち上げていますが、接続済みデバイス一覧に対象の機器がリストアップされず、マウスの設定画面に遷移できません。アプリの再インストールやPCの再起動を行いましたが、解決できません。(アプリ再インストール後他のLogi製品Liftなどは通常通りリストアップされることを確認しました。)
    対応方法ご教授ください。

  9. App freezing/not responding

    I have regular issues with the logi options app on my macbook pro freezing which then causes the mouse to loose its features/special controls. I have been experiencing this more lately. When opening the app it just has the loading circle that spins and then the only way to get the app back up and running is to restart my computer. Please fix this issue!

  10. Functions not working

    Hello.

    Today I upgraded my Mac Mini to MacOS Sequoia and in this connection have installed the Logi Options+ program as I have a Logitech MX Keys for Mac and a Logitech MX Master 3S mouse.

    But for some reason my shortcuts on the mouse will not work in either Safari or Chrome, they completely ignore the shortcuts I have chosen and immediately use the ones built into MacOS.

    Macstudio M1max 后面有两个usb接口 一个接机械硬盘盒 另一个我用bolt链接MX Master 3s for Mac会有延迟 当我拔掉机械硬盘的usb 效果会好很多 希望后面系统升级后可以修复这个bug

    The software does not support the new Pop Icon Keyboard. It works fine with the mouse but the keyboard does not appear in the app and cannot be added either.

    Esse mouse é uma merda. Vive dessincronizando, do nada o ponteiro dispara pra cima e a rolagem ocorre do nada movendo a tela. Alguém lê isso que se escreve aqui? Pelo visto é só pra ingles ver!!

    Every update is a new trouble for me - now the magnification doesn't work.
    Please do not update the software without thoroughly testing every option!

  18. MX master 3s | Frequently getting inactive

    Its not an idea.
    Its my revelation about the major problem in MX master 3s.

    Its very annoying that the mouse will get inactive frequently while using.
    I've been thinking about the reason and yesterday i have came to a conclusion that the cause is the infinity scroll function, the mouse is getting inactive mostly on the time when i do fast scrolling.

    So i switch it off and suddenly the problem vanished.

    So i request you to take a look at this issue and please resolve this ASAP . Since fast scrolling is the biggest selling point of this…

    It's actually pretty insane to me that this is a known issue that you guys still haven't addressed yet... it is really making your product and software seem like you guys are no longer the best.
