スムーズスクロールが無効になりません
スムーズスクロールをオフにしてください。本ソフトを使ってOffにしましたが、オフになりません。大変不便です。Logicoolのデバイスは好きですがこのスクロール機能は本様に要りません。設定からもオフにならない点が最悪です。

MX3 and MX keyborad do not connect (Wind11)
option + can not download updates on windows 11, plus mouse MX Master 3 and MX keys could not be connected to the Bluetooth, they connect for few seconds and connection is lost. tried to download again option+ , remove mouse and keyboard, but problem persists, seems to be a problem with a lot of users of logitech MX 3. any solutions ???ß

Please fix shortcuts
Hi. In the latest version of logi options+ app i can’t set keyboard shortcuts for some keys in my master 3s mouse anymore. Some time ago i set up 3 key shortcut “cmd+opt+left” with one mouse key. Now,
it’s impossible. I can only use 2 key shortcuts. Please fix this.1 vote -

ウインドウのアクティブ後ではなくポイント時に各ボタンが有効になるようにして欲しい。Windowsの「ホバーしたときに非アクティブウィンドウをスクロールする」と同等の設定。例えばExcelにホイールクリックを割り当てた状態で、非アクティブMicrosoft Edgeのタブをホイールクリックした場合、期待動作はEdgeのタブが閉じられることだが、Excel側のホイールクリックイベントが動作してしまう。

安装options+之后，一个excel表里面有多个分表格的情况下，只有其中两个表格能用横向滚轮滑动，此问题在我多台电脑上复现。

App silently crashes
I believe a bug has been introduced recently and the app silently crashes after a few hour running in the background. When reopening it, it gets stuck in the loading screen and a trip to the activity monitor is necessary. I noticed this because the mouse pointer and button behaviours get funky. Cheers

App launch spins
This is the second time I had to delete the Logi Options + app and reinstall. When I restart my computer and open up this app it keeps spinning and I leave it for a day and it still spins. I quit the app and relaunch and the same thing happens. I had to delete and reinstall the app because I couldn't get my custom actions to work without the app being open.

custom shortcuts unreliable on keyboard wake up
I find windows snippet tool a bit cumbersome. So, using Logi Options+, I have assigned win+prntscrn to the Snippet key of my MX Keys wireless keyboard so that I can take screenshots with a single key press.
The issue I have is that if the keyboard isn't awake when I press the Snippet key, the software will sometimes launch the snippet tool instead of executing the win+prntscrn command I have set up.

No UNPAIR NON-Bolt devices with Options+
Why doesn't Logitech Options+ have an UNPAIR function for NON-Bolt devices??????????? Over 3 years and I STILL cannot get rid of an old, unused M545 mouse connection through the Unifying dongle with Options+. WHY NOT???

Am using my mx master keys and mouse and the mouse always malfunctions in terms of functionality and in order to activate certain buttons i need to uninstall the application and install again and this is continues, please advise

Det är otroligt ofta att min mus tappar förbindelsen till min iMac 24 inch, där jag behöver vänta - ibland upp till över 2 minuter - innan den kommer tillbaka igen med alla mina inprogramerade kommandon. Varför kan detta inte åtgärdas? T.ex. - man har jobbat med datorn i 1h, sätter den på sleep mode, går in igen om 15 min, och redan har den tappat förbindelsen. Inte nog med det, utan också att musen på datorn fryser, och jag måste klicka på logitech-musens undersida (där man kan skifta mellan 1, 2 och 3) för att få musen på datorn…

Using Multiple Products - Need to Kill app in Activity Monitor in order for my shortcuts to work.
I have two MX Master x3 and x2. I use one at home and one in the office. Ive noticed that the Logi Options+ app needs to get forced quit in Activity Monitor for me to use all the shortcuts I've setup.
This is a bug and should be fixed, im assuming im not the only one using two sets. Its not a friendly User experience when im having to kill an app in Activity monitor every time i want to use my shortcuts.

Very glitchy and lag / bad experience
My experience with your app/connectivity is quite bad tbh. I have connected the Mouse and Keyboard through your app and it has glitches. The Keyboard sometimes hits one letter several times, whereas the mouse curses isn't precise and has a lot of lag time. I am now uninstalling your application so that I may connect directly thru bluetooth and hopefully that works better. This is the 2nd keyboard as I had returned the first one thinking the problem is the keyboard.

No PrtScn key, no full screen grab
The keyboard lacks the standard PrtScn key. There is no simple way to remap the "Camera" button to this standard function.
The Camera button works, but it does not let me do full-screen screenshots.

mouse scroll randomly changing chrome tabs instead.
mouse keeps lagginf very often until I bring the app again. it's supper annoying. also, some weird navigation now appeared - while scrolling chrome browser tabs started changing. like. wth. guys, are you serious? supper annoying.

Unbrauchbar, Neuinstallation mindestens 2-3 mal pro Woche
Die App verliert regelmäßig die Verbindung zu allen meinen Logitech-Geräten. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass dies meistens während der Mittagspause passiert, also wenn das MacBook in Ruhezustand verfällt.
Damit dann die Verbindung zu den Geräten wiederhergestellt werden kann, muss die App erst deinstalliert und wieder installiert werden!!!1 vote
