1. Hardware Acceleration

   i have big problems witch hardware acceleration, when i use this app my interface is lagging and i must turn off hardware acceleration in apps like chrome, spotify on mac, sometimes is not when i open app witch rosetta and restart mac.

2. Configuración DPI dependientes de la APP

   Me parece horrible que cuando inicia el sistema tarde un rato en aplicar la configuración de DPI, que cuando suspendes el equipo y vuelves a restaurarlo la configuración DPI tarde en aplicarse, me parece horrible que cuando se actualiza elimine la configuración DPI hasta que vuelve a estar disponible, los DPI los debería aplicar el driver y no la aplicación ya que deja el ratón lentísimo e inservible durante ese tiempo en el que lo único que hago es repetirme a mi mismo "puto logitech" una y otra vez hasta que vuelve a aplicarse los DPI, es una situación sumamente horrible que nunca he tenido con logitech hasta que salió Options+, espero que lo solucionéis ya que llevo 20 años usando logitech y me estoy planteando dejar de consumir vuestros productos. A quien se le ocurrió que la configuración de DPI dependiese de la app? Habría que quemarlo en una hoguera en la plaza del pueblo. Gracias y perdonad mi lenguaje fruto de la frustración.

3. cursor slow after every wake from sleep or display off

   After waking up from every display sleep, my cursor speed is set to the lowest speed for up to 10s. It's extremely annoying. MacOS Sonoma 14.4. MX Ergo via Bluetooth, Macbook Pro M1 2021 14".

4. Backup not Workiing

   LogiOptions+ stoped working and I had to reinstall it. Then the most recent backup had the same date and time of my reinstall (empty). I had to re do all my configurations.

5. backup

6. Software problems that brick the devices

   The logi options plus software has not worked for a long time. I cannot connect my devise, make changes, see the battery capacity, update or any of the promised things.

7. Layout issues with increased text size

   Sadly, Options+ does not work well with Windows' accessibility features. On my 1080p screen I use increased text size which result in buttons and texts lying outside the visible screen area.

8. Craft in Options+ - Warum immer noch keine Einbindung??

   Sehr geehrtes Options+,
   nun ist Options+ schon einige Jahre/Monate zur Anwendung bereit gestellt. Ich habe die Craft Tastatur, nicht nur ihre beste Tastatur, sondern die beste Tastatur auf dem Markt überhaupt. Warum hat man es noch nicht geschafft, diese Tastatur in Options+ einzubinden bzw. Unterstützung hierfür anzubieten? Die mitgelieferte Maus Master 2S funktioniert doch auch. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die Craft bereits so veraltet ist.

9. Quiet start

   Why does this Logi Options+ has to load the window after fist login? Why not just load the necessary stuff it needs in the background and leave the users alone? All other tools can load like this.

12. Not Usable With Keyboard

    Someone should test Logitech mouse software with a newly installed mouse and only the keyboard available for navigation.

    In the Options program, I get the message "Wireless Mouse MX Master not supported in Options. Please use Options+ to configure it." yet the buttons "Add Device" and "Use in Options+" cannot be selected or navigated with the keyboard.

    Opening the Options+ program brings up a modal purple dialogue that first asked for my feedback star rating 1-5 but it could not be selected with the keyboard. I reopened the program and it required a software update which could not be initiated with the keyboard.

13. Autoupdate breaking functionality

    The autoupdate feature is totally broken.

    I can't use my mouse, it was locked up trying to open logitech because it couldn't display the update message and required task manager to kill it.

14. Updates cause Flow to stop working

    This is still happening. When you have auto Updates on for Logi Options and you are using Flow, Flow will STOP working. You have to manually change over to the "updated" Logi Options app open it up and clear the what's new screen and only then will Flow start working again. Can you please fix this it has been months.

15. WiFi connection not working

    My MX Anywhere 3 mouse does not work using Wi Fi, it will on work with the Bluetooth plug. It therefore does not work on different computers without also transferring the Bluetooth plug - not what I expected

16. Software not starting up correctly

    9 out of 10 times this software starts when starting computer, so all my mouse and keyboard configurations are working. SOmetimes this software just doesnt wanna work, I restart the computer and manually start this software, but nothing works.

17. Simultanious horizontal and vertical scroll

    When scrolling with the horizontal wheel, and then scroll with the vertical one at the same time or right after, it still only scrolls horizontally. Is it possible for you to separate those actions?

18. Auf standard-laptop Screens störend

    Auf meinem Laptop (14", 1920x1080, 150% Skalierung wie durch Windows empfohlen) ist Fenster der App größer als sichtbare Screen. Man kann die sogar nicht kleiner kriegen. Sehr "unpraktisch" und störend.

19. Smooth scroll feature on Windows, please remove the lockout.

    Please let users have smooth scroll for your devices on Windows in any app they like.

    Your software "logioptionsplus_agent.exe" currently locks out all apps from smooth scrolling, except those with one of these executable file names: "msedge.exe", "chrome.exe", "iexplore.exe", "firefox.exe".

    This is the most ridiculous and broken way you could possibly handle such a thing.

    I'm a developer working on desktop apps, and I currently have to rename the resulting executable to e.g. firefox.exe in order to test support for smooth scrolling with your products.

    Windows defines an app manifest property (actually two) that tell if an app supports smooth scroll events and they both default to ON if omitted. It should be the same default ON for your smooth mouse wheel stuff. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/precision-touchpad-devices

    At the very least, make "smooth scrolling in all apps" an option in Logi Options+.
    If you want to refine this, you could check if the app turns off precision scroll with those manifest options and follow that.
    If you get issues with some old school customers who work in Excel and want old features to stay unchanged forever, or something like that, you could add a a list of excluded apps instead.
    It's really crazy to hard code a list of included apps for such a thing, I hope you understand this.
