Problems
I am continuously having issues with the mouse and keyboard hotkeys/shortcuts not staying loaded. If I make adjustments to the hotkeys on the mouse, for shortcuts, if I close the Logi Options+ program the mouse will "forget" what settings I set up and will continuously default back to what I believe are the default settings. How can I combat this or prevent having to reopen and set up my preferred settings?

Mx Master 3 constantly disconnects
My MX master 3 is constantly disconnecting on Mac OS 13.6.4. There's also very long delay before my mouse setting kick in when restarting. Oftentimes this also happens when I open my latop lid after a while too. Sometimes my mouse settings don't apply anymore until I open the Logi Options+ app. This happens randomly. Using an M1 Macbook Pro 2020. Really frustrating, will be advising friends and family to stay away till this issue is fixed.

FRUSTRATED
Latest update is ****! My devices are no longer listed in this application. I've uninstalled reinstalled several times and am super frustrated. I've lost BASIC shortcuts on my keyboard like screenshots. I have attempted multiple times to add my devices and I get no where after the apple bluetooth window pops up. I've also tried getting you online help and the ai bot is super irrelevant to the issue.
What can I do to fix this issue? Is it your issue or apples?1 vote -
terrible software
This software (Logi option-) is terrible. It always delete itself from my computer. When I try to charge my mouse its never stable and it never make sens (from 10 to 90 in a matter of seconds and then 0). This will be my last Logitech product if not fixed soon.

Make dial work to control tool size when Size is selected as default behavior
New customer - the Creative Console yesterday. First big issue - I've assigned the Remove tool to a button. Clicking the button selects the tool, but the dial doesn't control the tool size. I changed the default behavior of the dial to Size and it still didn't work. I ended up having to change the Dial's default to keyboard shortcuts for brackets [ ] to control the tool size, which appears to be less accurate than the Size adjustment (that works) for the Brush tool

Pairing on multiple computers
Pairing these products mouse and keyboard to multiple computers was extremely complicated and the directions were not clear when I brought this product. I almost returned the product but was able to figure it out. I suggest being much clearer in the directions - very frustrating process. I also don't understand why we need to download another app foir this.

La peor compra que hice con ustedes, compre el kit for business y es una total decepción, a cada rato se desconecta, trabajo más de doce horas frente a una computadora haciendo diseño y lo último que necesito es que fallen estos dispositivos, el mouse a cada rato salta el cursor y el teclado no se ilumina de inmediato cuando mi mano se acerca; y hay algo peor, ni siquiera leen estos comentarios. Que gran decepción...

Freezing M240
How about sorting out the issue of mouse pointer freezing. Been complaining for over a year. Keep sending Bluetooth report. Have followed all the advice from logitech to no avail. Using M240

Fast User Switching break Logi Options+ Connection to device
When using fast user switching, there's always one user where Logi Options+ fail to connect to the devices, resulting in the hotkeys not working. To workaround I'll have to manually start the Logi Options+ app.

Blank Page when Exiting Smart Action from the device Buttons menu
If you open a Smart Action from the device Buttons menu then exit the Smart Action screen (whether saving a change or just pressing the back arrow), the Logi Options+ application goes to a blank screen that does not allow you to navigate further. The only way that seems to resolve this is to close the current instance and reopen Logi Options+. This error does not seem to otherwise impact the background programs/services since the device customizations continued to work and it seems to save any changes you make to the Smart Action before it goes to the blank screen.

Spacebar not working properly and mouse sticking
I've had my my mouse and laptop since Nov 2022. My mouse has been sticking since mid-2023 and now the space bar on my keyboard is not working properly. Are these products designed to stop working in two years? They're rather expensive for that to be the case.

For the love of god, fix your ****** software Logitech
please fix this buggy software. I have to open the app before any of my customizations take place and not to mention that I have to use a task kill command in powershell because it REFUSES to launch, and even when I have all that done, the per app customizations DO NOT WORK anymore.

sarebbe un buon prodotto se avesse un accidente di sistema valido per indicare il livello di carica della batteria. Si passa da un meno 10% al 100% in venti secondi, cosa assurda. Non credo ci voglia un fisico nucleare per sistemare una funzione del genere...

你们的options+的1.83.635658又出现这种Flow中一台电脑重启后Flow切换不稳定的bug了，都是负优化，何必更新版本呢？实测没有1.80版本后的那个版本稳定，还不让我们回退老版本，垃圾开发员团队可以解散了哈，滚回去种地去一个个都！！！

tout est fait pour eviter de pouvoir contacter le support et quand vous y arriver il faut attendre des jours pour qu'on vous réponds un copiez/coller d'IA qui ne résoud rien. Et pendant ce temps le produit ne fonctionne plus et vous empeche de travailler à cause d'eux !!!!
