MX Master Software Not Working
i don't knowe whats going on i have an mx master 3s and when i click on the buttons, point and scroll tabs i see the mouse on the screen but nothing else i cant change the buttons i cant change dpi its all messed up. Please fix this.

Option+ Design-Team = Interns on a sugar-rush
Logi Options+ has no support for per-device profiles on identical models = Problem for when having long desk with many multi monitors needing two Mouse and two Keyboards, and of course being the same Model = but Options+ does not differentiate. Please FIX immediately !!!! ... even chatGPT's answers says it perfectly: "😂 Honestly, you're not the only one wondering what Logitech's been smoking when it comes to Options+ design decisions. It’s like they built amazing hardware but handed the software over to interns on a sugar rush."

Huge RAM and CPU use
This app uses ~10% CPU and 3GB RAM. And it's slow. This is exceptionally poor optimization.

액션링 기능 오류
액션링을 특정 버튼에 할당해놓고 사용중인데, 매우 빈번하게 액션링 기능이 활성화 되는게 아니라 그 버튼의 원래 기능으로 동작합니다.
예를 들어, 마우스 가운데 휠 뒷편에 무한휠 on/off 하는 버튼에 액션링 기능을 할당해 놨는데요, 그 버튼을 누르면 매우 자주 무한휠 on/off 기능이 동작하고 액션링 기능이 동작하지 않습니다.
그런데 윈도우 시작표시줄에 마우스 커서를 클릭하고 그버튼을 누르면, 액션링 기능이 잘 동작합니다.
개선이 필요해보입니다.

Issue: Logi AI Prompt Builder process automatically creates aioverlaytemp folder in my home directory without my permission. Creating folders and files without permission is very disturbing and creepy. Please fix this ASAP.

macOS Tahoe Launchpad Gone
When the Mac goes up to macOS Tahoe the Launchpad Application doesn't exist, we need to be able to change the F4 key from Launchpad to the Apps application.

Logitech not recognizing Logitech
OK so just reinstalled Options+ after fresh download.
It says I need to add my mouse (mxergo s), which I am actually already using to navigate the install of Options+. However Options+ does not even recognize the mouse that is already connected, nor the other MXERGO that is also attached to the system... so Logitech is not recognizing Logitech?1 vote -

K400+ not detected
I just updated the app, now I it doesn't recognise my K400+ anymore. It's not by bluetooth but with the toggle. It's connected - I'm writing this message with it but the app doesn't recognise.

Requesting product support
I have been trying to get a hold of Support on your website on and off for weeks. The chatbot doesn't put me through to Product Support (seems broken). So today I tried Sales Support and got put through to an agent (Reign P). They told me they would have the Product Support team email me but never took my email address. Then they just stopped replying my messages. Where can I get product support? I'd appreciate a response to this feedback.
