Mouse shortcuts doesn't work sometimes when RDP's to machine
I have buttons for select all (ctrl + a) and paste set for the shortcuts. When I try to use the shortcuts when I'm rdp'd to a machine, the shortcuts sometimes doesn't work. I'll see the letter 'a' or 'v' instead of the action happening.

AI features causes annoying notification - add toggle to turn it off entirely
ChatGPT (and any content from chat.open.ai) is blocked within our organization. This leads to a notification on every start of Logi Options+ saying that access to chat.open.ai has been blocked by the company.
Please let me globally disable the AI feature to prevent these notifications

Logi Options updates
Please, please STOP freezing the Logi Options whenever there is an update you want me to download. My Mac Mouse becomes unusable AND I HAVE TO STOP EVERYTHING until I download the update
Also your RATE YOUR EXPERIENCE feature does NOT work.

i plugged in the reciever but the app doesn't pick it up or show it as recieved

scroll and drag at same time
Not sure if this is existing functionality that is not working, or something that should be added...
The ability to left click and select a cell in Excel and then scroll to drag the item.
Currently when I click and select it seems to deactivate scroll. This means I cant select and then scroll down in excel app.
The same seems to work ok in excel online in browser but not in the app

what the heck Logi tech has with AI on my mac!
Putting unwanted AI and recommendation to mouse bloatware is unacceptable.
I am seriously considering throw awa all your producst if they will be attached with such malware and marketing garbage.

Firmware Update?
Scroll wheel stops functioning multiple times daily. Restart device works. Should not be happening on a brand new device everyday.

logi options+ fail (no way to turn AI off)
You have a easy way of turning on the AI features but no easy way of turning them off. I don't like that and the published way do not seem to work for me so I have to rate the logi options+ with a failing grade.

Can't use mouse for 20 seconds
Guys, it takes 20 seconds with your new update before my mouse begins working under your software. That's absolutely un-******* acceptable! Give me a break! Fix this ****

I don't care about AI things, I won't use this app for it. I just want to manage my mouse settings, nothing else.
Why can't I remove the AI stuff if I won't ever use it?

Smart Wheel Scrolling Keeps Turning Off Randomly
I own a logitech MX Master for Mac. I truly enjoy the product, but unfortunately the smart scroll setting for the mouse's wheel keeps turning off. Every time it does this, I have to go back to Logi Options+ App and toggle it on again. This is annoying, please fix it :)
