Bug V.1.72.564177 ChatGPT Prompt doesnt work
Hello, chatgpt shortcut promts dont work anymore. If I select a text and want to use a promt like "rephrase" the text will not be sent to chatgpt and only an empty window will open. I use windows 11 and version 1.72.564177

Excel-Tabelle in Word kann nicht bearbeitet werden
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!
LogiOptions+ verträgt sich nicht mit Word und Excel (Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021). Eine eingebettete Excel-Tabelle in Word kann nicht bearbeitet werden. Erst nach Deaktivierung der jeweiligen Addins funktioniert dieses wieder. Ich habe nun lange recherchiert um diesen Fehler überhaupt zu finden. Leider muss ich die beiden Addins nach jedem Update wieder erneut aus Word und Excel entfernen.
Wäre schön, wenn es hier eine Verbesserung gäbe.

iphone Mirroring issues with Logi Options+ installed
On Mac OS Sequoia public Beta, it is not possible to scroll the iphone with logitech mouse scroll wheel. With logi options uninstalled it works perfectly. Flow transition: ctrl stayed pushed at initial PC
Hi! Loving all your products. I use an MX Keys and M70 mouse. 2 PCs at the same time, with Unifyng receptor both PCs and Flow is activated. Config: use ctrl to change from PC1 to PC2 and keyword following. I am having an issue: in one PC the ctrl remains pushed when I change to the other PC. Since last week. Anyone with same problem?

Unreliable Bluetooth Connection on iMac
I recently purchased this Bluetooth mouse to use with my iMac, and unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience. The mouse frequently loses connection, which severely disrupts my workflow. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, the issue persists. The intermittent disconnections are particularly annoying because they often occur in the middle of important tasks, forcing me to wait until the connection is re-established.
Overall, the performance of this mouse has been disappointing. I expected a reliable connection from a Bluetooth device, especially considering the cost. I hope the manufacturer can address this issue in future models or provide a firmware update…

Duplicate Logi Options + icons in launchpad
Please fix the annoying issue with the duplicate Logi Options+ icons in launchpad (macOS Sonoma). One icon opens the app and the other doesn't do anything. You cannot remove the unusable icon and you cannot merge them. In application folder there is only one icon of the app.

nable to login to Options+ without administrative privileges
I'm unable to login with the error "Failed to launch 'com.logitech.logioptionsplus://lidsauth?code=********&state=****" because the scheme does not have a registered handler.
It seems that I need administrative privileges to use it, it is incredible with all the Cyber attack we are experiencing in the last few years, that to login to a application to mange keyboard and mouse to have administrative privileges to login. It is a very bad programmed application.1 vote -

Too much CPU usage
Logi Options+ is taking up 0.5-1% CPU. Way more than should be used for a literal mouse

I will no longer be a customer due to this AI debarcle
Please do not run the AI command in the background when I have chosen NOT to use that feature. It takes computer resources unnecessarily and I have no idea what that process is doing. With the introduction of the AI functionality into mouse software, and it effectively running without my permission, I will be doing the only thing I can that has any impact, albeit negligible from a logi point-of-view, and no longer buy logi products.

Hi,
Gesture control on MX3 stopped working correctly. Paste only write a V, copy only writes a C.
Can't enter multiple keystrokes when trying to make a custom command.

bug with change computers
You have pushed a bug and really starting to annoying me. For flow. i have it set to use ctrl to move between screens. It is not randomly not applying that and then the keybaord gets completely **** up and its like hotkeys or control + key is being entered. I have to restart the computer to fix it. I have never seeen this before but it seems like you have a bug and hopefully you can fix this asap. Thank you.
