1. Newest Logi+ Options Update Broken 05/2024

   So ever since the new AI update logitech options wont discovery my mx keys mini, mx keys, 650 L or my 720 Triatholon. I have plugged in both a bolt and unified receiver. I have used only bluetooth. I have done the pairing process countless times and it still doesn't show that they are discovered. This is lame because it means I cant configure the settings, customize the buttons, change mouse speed or scroll smoothing. What happened? You guys are supposed to be the best of the best but your apps and products aren't living up to the reputation. And man, don't get me started on the iPad app.............. Terrible. I hope you guys can figure it out. As you can see I am a loyal customer but everyone has a "alright that's enough! It's time to find something else" point. Take care and thanks for reading.

2. Software is so bad

   You need to have a sit down with your entire software team because this is really sad :(

   The software is unstable, inefficient, and does not work properly. You're so busy slapping on a useless AI tool to keep up appearances, that you're forgetting why your core audience uses your products...

   The hardware is incredible, but the software drags that down because I can't use the products seamlessly. Taking a look at online forums/reddit, you'll see there's a lot of complaints about this too.

   Please take a step back, and remember that your neglect will have long term negative consequences on your brand.

4. Logitech craft advanced keyboard

   I'm using Logitech craft advanced keyboard with mx master 3 and the new Logitech options + doesn't support my keyboard, so I'm using logic option for keyboard and Logitech options + for mouse and there are two software for logitech, keyboard and mouse, please fix this problem.

5. 系统适配

   问题1、macOS15.0 beta版用m3s鼠标主滚轮后单个快捷键（自定义为截图键）或mx keys键盘截图时会弹出这个电脑系统权限弹窗（权限已给logi options授权了），之前电脑正式版系统就无问题请尽快修复适配。
   问题2、用Mac连iPhone镜像后鼠标不能上下翻页。

12. MX S Keyboard issues with Fn keys

    My keyboard is shown as "inactive," I can't change my keys to the Fn keys because I'm "not connected" even though I can type with it and it's directly connected to my computer. I tried customizing the Fn keys just to use the Fn keys and it still doesn't work. I check to see if Options needs to be updated and I just get the spinning icon. I just bought a new MX S because the "A" key randomly stopped working on my old one. Any help would be appreciated.

14. Automatically downloads and installs updates even though slide switch is set to grey (off)

    I have "automatically install updates" turned off (slide button is grey, not purple), but software automatically updates anyway. When it installs updates, the mouse becomes unresponsive (which is the indication that an update is being installed). There is no warning an install is about to occur; the mouse becomes unresponsive and I have to wait. If the software would at least download and then ask for an update, there would be a warning...but there is not even a notification.

18. Disable AI Features

    disable the AI features. I never wanted it, turned it on, set it up and its taking up 500mb of ram on my laptop. I actually liked Logi options it was one of the better driver softwares but this is unacceptable.

    Hello, chatgpt shortcut promts dont work anymore. If I select a text and want to use a promt like "rephrase" the text will not be sent to chatgpt and only an empty window will open. I use windows 11 and version 1.72.564177

20. Excel-Tabelle in Word kann nicht bearbeitet werden

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!
    LogiOptions+ verträgt sich nicht mit Word und Excel (Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021). Eine eingebettete Excel-Tabelle in Word kann nicht bearbeitet werden. Erst nach Deaktivierung der jeweiligen Addins funktioniert dieses wieder. Ich habe nun lange recherchiert um diesen Fehler überhaupt zu finden. Leider muss ich die beiden Addins nach jedem Update wieder erneut aus Word und Excel entfernen.
    Wäre schön, wenn es hier eine Verbesserung gäbe.
