Your new Logioptions+ sucks. Can't find my device and hours wait for customer service

button 6 behaves irratically.
My mouse button 6 is mimicking ctlr+alt+tab behavior bringing up all active aps occasionally. I have it programed to the ';' for gamming purposes. The occasional ctl+alt+tab behavior takes me out of the game and gets me killed constantly. Please fix this.

Cannot recognize mouse
Downloaded Logi Options+ and it sees my M525 Unifying Receiver, but when I turn the mouse off & on, nothing happens until it cannot find device, Unplugging the receiver from USB does not work, either. Went to support and started Chat, but got no response after 7 minutes! So far, LO+ is useless.

Bugs, your Logi Options+ app is full of bugs and do not work properly
I lost track of how many times I LOST ALL MY MOUSE SETTINGS BECAUSE OF YOUR BUGGY LOGI OPTIONS+ APP!!! What's the point of registering my account if once in a while the app decides to have 100% AMNESIA and do not backup my mouse settings?? All the apps, all the different mouse shortcuts, all lost SEVERAL TIMES. JESUS CHRIST THAT IS FRUSTRATING!!!!!

鼠标初始化bug
每次电脑开机以后，正常运行了几分钟，鼠标就卡死了，但是电脑的触摸板是好的，再手动启动options+，就显示鼠标正在初始化配置，鼠标是灰色的，很快就图标正常了，这时鼠标也正常，这个bug存在很久了，请问，这个初始化为什么滞后电脑启动那么多？难道不应该在启动时完成么？

MK710 Keyboard not recognized

Connection issues
I have Master mx 3 mouse and Mx keys S keyboard, both losing connection all the time on my mac m1 pro, I just have wasted my money buying your stuff honestly

Problem with custom buttons
The setup for the custom buttons sometimes does not work.
If I turn on the Logi app, and then revisit the mouse for example, then it works.
But this is annoying.

LogiOptions+ doesnt show devices
the last update is ******!
it broke the LogiOptions+
i open it and it wont detect my already connected devices through bolt receiver .
it asks me to search new devices. when i close and repoen it multiple times, it works, the devices show and the special controls work again.1 vote -
Option+ Bug - Gesture Button Issue
Before with the old Logitech Option, I can set the gesture button of my mouse to maximize and unmaximize windows. Now with the Logitech Option+, the button can only maximize. I hope it can unmaximize as before.

Keyboard not listed in My Devices
My Devices does show my Logiteck mouse but it does not show my Keyboard TK820 SN:1428DF00M9J8. The Keyboard does work for basic typing but it seems there might be more options or settings available if it would only show up as one of connected My Devices.

Minimize to system tray
It should be possible to minimize Logi Options+ to system tray.
As far as I understand, the configuration that is done in the app is only active while the app is running and yet, there is no way to minimize the app to the system tray, which is just unacceptable. I don't want the Logi app to take up screen real estate on my taskbar, just so that my mouse and keyboard will behave properly. This should be fixed asap.

Updates on PCs happen at different times
When the software versions on my computers are different, the application doesn't work at all.
AND they don't update at the same time
So there is a period where I just have to wait after one has updated for the other to get the update.
Today, one is updated to 1.72 while the other says up to date at 1.70 - and my computers won't connect because of that
