Scroll Direction Preference sometimes not kept when resuming from hibernation, Win 10
I had a problem with the previous version (Logi Options) that I now find carries over to the new version (Logi Options+): I use the Logi Options+ to set the direction of my scrolling to INVERTED. Yet SOMETIMES (but not always) when I resume from a hibernated state, my windows 10 desktop (fully updated) often reverts the scrolling direction back to standard. I must then manually open the Logi Options+ app and by doing so that triggers the change of my scroll direction preference back to "inverted". jittery mouse
MBP 14 MacOS 14.4.1, apple silicon M1 Pro, MX Master 3S for Mac, using in clamshell mode and external display, macbook is 20cm from the mouse.
keeps freezing e.g. every few minutes, mouse suddenly drops to 1FPS for a few seconds so cursor appears jumpy, then continues as normal for another few minutes.

Logi+ update cannot find mouse and keyboard
New version can't find my Logi hardware. Looking right at my Logi keyboard, mouse, and webcam... but "no hardware found" message from this new app. Clearly was not well tested. Should not have been released.

Backslash Key not functioning
I'm an American in Turkey who bought an ASUS STRIX Computer in Romania running Windows 10 H22 and purchased this MK470 combo in Turkey. Everything seems to work EXCEPT the backslash key. Can someone PLEASE tell me if there is a key-combo that I need to press that will actually get this key to work, or is this your only oversight on this entire product????

Museklikk er altfor sensitivt eller ubrukelig. Jeg gjentar, ubrukelig. Nå går det innimellom ikke engang an å enkeltklikke, alt registreres som dobbeltklikk. Går ikke an å merke filer, bare åpne dem. Dette begynner å bli ekstremt irriterende.

严重占用资源能耗的bug！
macos下的严重bug！重启之后Logi Option+在后台狂占用标称200%以上的cpu，macbook好似挖矿一样烫！打开活动监视器才看到是Logi Option+作祟！然后我手动从启动台打开一次Logi Option+的前台应用，它的占用率就下去了，电脑就凉快了。

Mapped buttons stop working randomly
probably because of a recent update, i'm not sure, but the mouse has been erratic for a while now.
the mapping i have doesn't work, i have to visit logi+ just to reset that backend problem thing, sometimes, i just go to it and it reloads itself showing that it's configuring.
seriously it's annoying. please fix it. before, only flow was erratic. now even my mapped buttons do not work unless i open logi+ window (take note, it's already running in the background)
what's annoying is that it happens randomly and often. like maybe once or twice in an hour.

Should require account to use basic features of software
It is an absolutely poor user experience to require creating an account and logging in in order to use basic features of this software. Requiring an account make sense to use the cloud backup features or even the AI stuff, but not for setting custom actions on your mouse or keyboard.

depuis la sortie de la nouvelle version de Autodesk Fusion 360 Mac OS Silicon, les actions associées aux boutons sont ignorées par Fusion. Par exemple: je veux utiliser le clic de la molette comme un bouton du milieu pour Fusion alors qu'il est utilisé pour Mission Control en général, lorsque je suis dans Fusion, le bouton du milieu lance Mission Control au lieu de me permettre des rotations 3D libres ce qui est extrêmement gênant. La personnalisation des boutons ne fonctionnent pas pour l'application Autodesk Fusion 360, il faut utiliser les réglages généraux.1 vote -
