4. POS

   You have watered down your product to the point of using cheap materials and electronics where the ******* keyboard and mouse repeatedly ******* disconnects without reason. The **** updates are not automatic and I am awaiting to find a replacement manufacturer as soon as possible to replace this POS. YOU really know how to **** off the end user by fabricating **** of what was years ago reliable equipment.

11. Mauseinstellungen funktionieren nur manchmal

    Wenn ich den Computer herunterfahre und ihn wieder starte werden meine Voreinstellungen nicht angewendet. Die Daumentaste sowie die DPI Einstellung funktioniert nicht. Ich muss dann immer erst die App öffnen und mit den DPI Slider rumspielen bevor sich etwas verändert, sonst ist die DPI auf das Minimum gestellt. Die Daumentaste funktioniert auch nur manchmal und das hauptsächlich nur mit der Gestensteuerung.

12. Keyboard switches different Computer by itself

    I have both the MX Master 3X Mouse and the MX Master Keyboard. I love how I can switch between computers. However, If I am on Computer 2 and start typing, a lot of the time the Keyboard switches over to Computer 1 and the typing goes there instead. This is especially true if I am logging into Computer 2, a lot of time my Keyboard wiil switch to Computer 1 and wake it up and try to logon to it instead.

13. Windows 11 pro connectivity (recent degradation)

    I have had the MX vertical mouse for about 10 months. It is wirelessly connected to a StarTech KVM switch SV231DPDDUA2. The KVM is connected to two lenovo laptops. One laptop is running windows 10pro and the other is running windows 11 pro. The mouse works on windows 10 pro and was working on the windows 11 pro laptop until sometime early in the week of August 15th. Not when the mouse connectivity flickers on and off causing the mouse to cursor to stop on the screen for a fraction of a second. When I open the logi options+ application I can see the mouse status changing from active to inactive frequently. The mouse is fully charged. When I have connected the mouse directly with the USB c cable I have always found the responsiveness of the mouse degrades on both windows 10 and 11, meaning that when I move the mouse the cursor sometimes doesn't move.
