****, every-time it updates, I have to re-setup my devices. Now the stupid app does not even pickup any of my logi devices. some people do not need to update driver because everywhere is working. update are usually for new devices

MX Creative Dialpad issues
MX Creative Dialpad constantly disconnects/falls asleep.
Less than a minute of inactivity, and you have to spin the wheel or push one of the buttons to wake it up, which also takes about 10 seconds, thus rendering this device unusable. I was excited about using the main wheel to control brush size in Photoshop, but there's a hefty lag and stutter, which also makes it unusable.1 vote -
Freezing pointer
Why does the pointer freeze and I have to reconnect mouse via bluetooth. I keep sending reports every time it happens. ZILCH resolution. I did everything the help desk suggested. No effect other than my time was wasted. Win 11. When will IT resolve this issue, Please reply.

Stop working
Really disappointing when I am running in my game for an extended period of time and the keyboard or mouse decide I have pushed the button long enough and stops working.

Reset to defaults after update, ignore automatic update switched off
Why with disabled "automaticaly install updates" it continue to update automaticaly?
Why after each update it reset part of the setting in the application setting?
But much more serious problem it complitely reset setting for MX Master 3S (like pointer speed behavior everything)1 vote -

Minimize to Tray
It honestly boggles my mind that Logi can't be minimized to the tray area. Why do you force the program to take up space on the main taskbar? Please add "Minimize to Tray" functionality when the Logi window is closed.

如果电脑超过两天没有关闭,自己设置的自定义键就不可使用,必须从资源管理器里面强制关闭软件,更新项等,再次重启才可使用.

Malfunction
Since the release of new update, I have encounter many problems with chat GPT. Firstly, the texts can be selected while i am reading.
Secondly, i sometimes cannot scroll the text
by using my mouse and the Chat GPT frequently freeze.
I hope you correct all these problems as soon as possible.

偶發性異常狀況回報
您好，最近發現有幾次滑鼠點擊左鍵，電腦的反饋會是右鍵選單，剛剛測試關閉滑鼠底部電源，重啟之後，便恢復正常。
不確定是硬體問題，還是軟體可修正的暫時性錯誤。想回報此意外狀況。

Button action configuration resets after every application update; requires user to manually adjust what buttons do what every time.
The functionality is excellent. It does almost everything I could ask for. But for the love of God, PLEASE find a way to not reset my configuration after every update. I can live with needing to open the app after an update, but I shouldn't need to re-customize every time. The app updates too often for that.
