Problem using volume and mouse side wheel
Hello there,
Sadly Logitech has recurrent problems with its softwares.
I used to have the MX Revolution mouse and the Setpoint app always used to lose the capability of changing volume using the mouse wheel.
Now I have the MX Master 3S and exactly the same thing keeps ocurring, only now is with Logi Options+.
Your hardware is awesome but your software is pretty bad.
Since I wish to keep being your loyal customer I gently ask, please, fix this with your software team.

App Run in Background and on Startup
App needs to run in the background. Mouse and Keyboard configs do not work unless I manually go and open the Logi Options App

Severe memory-leak and CPU hogging (LogiOptions+)
There is a memory-leak in this application causing it to consume several GB of ram, the longer it is running the more RAM is consumed. It is also spawning over 100 vCPU threads. This has been an issue for several years.
This needs to be fixed ASAP.. There are several online threads that discurage people from buying Logitech hardware because of these software related issues.

AI Prompt Builder - Optout instead of Optin
opting me into this stupid ai prompt builder tool and running the background service without my consent is so annoying. literally get the **** off my computer if this is how logitech is going to operate. i was able to opt out, and now i'm going to uninstall all your bloatware software because it never added value in the first place.

Left and right desktop on Mac
The desktop left and right actions no longer work on Mac. I previously had the two side buttons on my MX Master 3 tied to swiping left and right between my desktops, and that has stopped working. Keyboard shortcuts still work, but the action being triggered from the buttons no longer work.

Automatische Beleuchtung
da ich die MX Tastatur bei schlechtem Licht benutze, sollte die Empfindlichkeit der Tasturbeleuchtung auch funktionieren. Auch wenn das mehr Strom verbraucht wäre es wünschenswert wenn man die Beleuchtung auf dauerhaft einstellen könnte. So ist die Tastatur für mich nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Produkt ist sehr schlecht und ich werde ein anderes Fabrikat beschaffen.

PDF Zoom No longer working
In the latest update, I have been having issues with the side scroll wheel. I had it set to zoom in and out on Adobe PDF files and now it scrolls through pages as I am zooming in and out. I lost a lot of convenience in this update and was hoping some feedback would lead to a faster fix of this issue. Thanks

基本が完全に動くまで機能追加は停止した方が良いと思います。
Flowでキーボードが突然ついてこなきくなったり、Windowsの問題とされているCtlキーやAltキーが押しっぱなしになる事象のトリガーになっているます。他社のバグであれそれらを誘発することは誘発する側にも問題があると考えます。1 vote -

Garbage products you sell :(
This mouse and keyboard are trash. They constantly disconnect and have since I bought them. WTF. Never buying anything logitech ever again. I am better off with a $12 mouse from amazon.

Poor Battery Backup for M590 Mouse
I am using M590 Mouse, earlier it gave me good battery backup but unfortunately not the battery only lasts for 15 days. There is no support from Logitec as per a the product is out of warranty so no support. Device is less than 2 years.

all windows close with ctrl-w - using XnView
bug - i set one of my buttons to close a program using CTRL-W. it worked very well up till now. now when i click it, the entire program closes, not just the window. and if i disable that button, even if its the master setting - it still closes the entire program and i can't get it to work. i don't think its the mouse.

MX Master 3 return to default configuration for a moment every time it's not used for a few minutes
When I'm not using my mouse (MX Master 3) for a few minutes and I press the Gestures button, the SmartShift goes off as if my mouse return to defaut configuration for a moment, and the next moment goes back to normal. Very frustrating having to manually turn on SmartShift every time.
