AI Prompt Builder - has Issues
There is an issue with your ‘AI Prompt Builder‘ It does not allow you to de-select a ‘Trigger Button’ on the mouse once you select one!
The issue is, once you select a button to open the Builder your stuck with that one!
If you select another button, then you end up with two trigger buttons!! This can be repeated for all the mouse buttons till you can no longer use the mouse! The only option I had was to uninstall ‘Logi Options +’ and then reinstall it.I tried using the ‘Configure Trigger’ option withing the ‘AI Prompt Builder…

Bad lag and keys repeating
MX Anywhere 3 and MY Keys S worked great for a few months, then started lagging very bad and repeating keys - it is nearly unusable now. Can't find a solution. Need help!

Flow-arrangement of devices

I have connected 2 devices to the same mouse via flow, but i cannot re-arrange monitors to move the mouse to the other device, it is getting arranged back. Is there any solution for this?Sincerely,

CTRL randomly pressed-down.
Ever since last two updates, I constantly get the phantom keyboard presses. CTRL gets pressed and my mouse gets alternative behaviour. It also happened without external keyboard and on both mouses.

Options+ v. 1.78.588966 breaks connection to WaveKeys MK670 Combo on Win 11
Please better test drivers/updates in future! V. 1.78 (latest version) of Logi driver broke my bluetooth connection to my Windows 11 laptop and i am having to go back a version.

F2 rename function is universal standard yet you've removed it altogether with no option to reinstate it
I work with many archival files and folders, so the one function I ever use on the F keys row is F2, for 'rename'. I have just bought this Pebble keyboard, and F2 is the ONLY F key that Logitech has removed its function - and also provided no shortcut replacement for. What were you thinking? F2 rename function is a necessary standard on all keyboards, yet you've removed it altogether. I don't understand. Would you please offer a firmware update or something, - as well as the reason you removed such a necessary functionality would be great too. Thanks.

Insert key is not default in functional key mode.
Make insert key default when functional keys are also default.
We programmers use Right Ctrl+Insert and Right Shift Insert to do copy paste, which we can't do with K650.
Please update the firmware to switch insert as default(and language switch as alternative) when functional keys are also default.

Light should be always on at MX Keys Mac

Mouse lag
Also now after another reconnection and adding the device again, the same problem occurs that the device is "inactive" even though the mouse is on. I think this is a consequence of it not holding the connection well and lagging. Could you please help with this?

stop breaking my previous install
stop ignoring the fact that i have flagged to NOT "automatically install updates" !!!

‘Smart Actions’ not functioning unless online and logged into Logitech, breaches your contract and establishes the basis for civil action
The fact that ‘Smart Actions’ only functions if I keep my computer online, connected, and logged in with LogiTech has me reconsidering returning your product and buying anybody else's products.
The keyboard is practically useless as an everyday peripheral without the ability to customize it; and the security risks of keeping my system's keyboard connected to the internet as a condition of using my computer is the height of stupidity for the 99% of the population that understands that computer threats exist.

'Smart Actions' doesn't detect when Ctrl, Alt, or Shift are held down for multiple consecutive key combinations
There is a bug in "Logi Options+" 1.78.588966 relating to ‘Smart Actions’ where pressing first one key combination (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+‘x’) and then pressing another key combination (e.g. Shift+‘K’) does not detect the "modifier" key (i.e. the "Shift" key) and so it treat it as if only ‘k’ key was pressed (without the "Shift").
I'm guessing that ‘Smart Actions’ is looking at the keypress events, rather than checking the status of all the "modifier" keys.Holding "Shift" and pressing ‘a’, ‘b’, and ‘c' in succession yields "ABC", as one would expect; but where ‘Smart Actions’ are involved, if the "Shift" key isn't…

上測鍵 / 下測鍵已經設定複製 / 貼上功能但每次都是按下複製(上鍵)
在按貼上(下鍵)
卻貼上的是outlook內設定的簽名檔選擇請麻煩確認一下
