3. disable Gesture Button it disrupts other Buttons

   can we have a "disable Button" for the mx2s mouse Gesture Button, other Buttons are not working cause the gesture button is Stuck (Design flaw) even its functions is none it still considered being clicked, I don't like to pry open the mouse and just adjust the screws or disconnect the Gesture button.

4. Intermittent funktion av anpassningar av mus och tangentbord

   Konfigurering av mus och tangentbord (Logi Options+ version 1.80.601141) fungerar inte IBLAND! Startar appen med windows 11 (ver 23H2-22631.4037) , men får inte anpassningarna förrän jag öppnar appen. Gäller både musen och tangentbordet. Rätta felet!

8. This thing sucks

   The mouse CONSTANTLY and randomly forgets its pre-programed actions until I restart my computer. Ive owned several of these mice and used them on different computers. ALL have the same problem.

10. Glitchy mouse in 1.80.*

    After I updated to version 1.80... My mouse is glitchy. There are times that my pointer will skip over my entire center monitor. My gestures also don't work. Some times I click the side button and it brings up the 'alt-tab' menu. It's not configured to do that. It skips around enough that I struggle to click on buttons. The only thing that has changed is updating my options+ version.

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    ich habe im am 06.02.2021 die MX Vertical Maus bei Amazon gekauft. Ich nutze das Teil nur 2-3mal in der Woche am PC und nur für wenige Stunden. Auf Grund einer Behinderung kann ich nur mit vertauschten Maustasten arbeiten. Jetzt ist die rechte Taste total unpräzise, macht oft ungewollte Doppelklicks, vermutlich auch noch mehr. Die letzte Maus aus Ihren Produkten hat mindestens 10 Jahre gehalten und ich bin davon ausgegangen wieder ein hochqualitatives Produkt zu erhalten. Dann hat sich die Mehrausgabe von meiner kleinen Rente wohl für mich nicht gelohnt oder gibt es da eine andere Lösung?
    Rechnung kann ich Ihnen gerne zusenden, auch die defekte Maus. Das Gewährleistungs- und Garantieansprüche abgelaufen sind, ist mir bekannt.

16. Logitech Craft Unterstützung (Bin aktuell richtig verärgert)

    2024-08-19 Es kann doch nicht sein, dass einer der teuersten Tastaturen (Logitech Craft) bis heute noch nicht unterstützt wird. Ich habe viele Logitech Produkte und bin auf Option+ seit release gewechselt. Habe dann gesehen wie ein Produkt nach dem anderen unterstützt wird. Aber bis heute ungefähr 2 Jahre warte ich darauf, dass die Logitech Craft unterstützt wird. Pro Kunden werden so richtig verärgert.

    The app is failing all the time... I configured shortcuts for Figma in my MX Master 3, they worked for a while and then they stop working. I tried everything, from rewriting the shortcuts to use different adress fro reaching figma.exe and nothing works...

19. Scroll function sucks

    Mouse repeatedly looses the scroll function. I have to turn mouse off then on again to regain function. I checked device management - Computer DOES NOT turn off to save power. Please advice

20. You and your software suck and you hate your customers

    LogiTech Options and OptionsPlus completely suck as you never bothered to test them at all. They will not recognise a K400 keyboard, or any other keyboard thaat is lalready paired, nor does your web connect work because you never bothered to test that either
    And not having any tech support means that as a company you completely suck as well
