Custom settings being forgotten
The mouse looses the custom settings when I put my computer to sleep and reverts to default settings for the different buttons. There has to be a way to save the custom settings to stop this from happening.

Pebble M350s is not showing up.
I am using a Pebble M350s mouse and although it connects successfully, the mouse does not appear in Logi Options+. I am experiencing this on Windows 11, my Macbook does not have this problem.

SmartShift keeps getting off itself
What about fixing the issue on MacOS where SmartShift keeps getting disabled after a while? I mean, I can leave a laptop with no interaction for a while and when I'm back - this option is disabled. Can this be fixed? It has been there for about a year already. Was hoping you guys fix it.

AI Prompt builder eating 1gb of VRAM needed for useful AI tools
Prompt builder eats 1gb of VRAM that i need. I can't turn it off without uninstalling the logitech software.
This was a bad design decision. It could only have been an intentional design decision. My computer, my choice. You don't get to command it Logitech. Give me the option to remove this feature i've never once asked for, and don't just load it 100% of the time into vram even when it's not in use.
What horrible design choices. If Logitech keeps this up, i'll stop buying the products loyally after 25 years. The MX line is not to be…

M720 bad behavior and lack of support
the M720 could be a good product if worked properly. So would Logitech Tech support. the lack of reply is just not acceptable. Makes my life easier knowing you dont need the revenue.

Latence clic MX vertical
Bonjour, je ne pense pas être au bon endroit mais je ne sais où m'exprimer...
Cela fait quelques années que je possède une MX vertical et je n'ai jamais eu de problème jusque là, cependant depuis 2 mois, je repère des latences sur les clics.
En effet, parfois je dois cliquer jusqu'à une dizaine de fois pour avoir une réponse...
Toutes les MAJ sont effectuées sur mon pc, le logi option+ et la souris. Avez-vous une solution pour palier à ce probleme svp

Desconfiguración recurrente (inaceptable).
Hola. Me viene sucediendo hace tiempo (desde que instalé el software creo) que deshabilito la opción de instalar automáticamente actualizaciones y lo hace igual! sin que yo lo pida!. Y el motivo por el cual deshabilito dicha opción es porque cada vez que inicio el PC desaparecen todas mis configuraciones hechas...tanto en el MX Ergo como en el teclado Pebble. Es realmente molesto tener que configurar nuevamente cada vez que tengo que usar los dispositivos. Necesito abrir las aplicaciones y que los dispositivos estén a la orden! y no tener que andar preparándolos todo el tiempo. Me está decepcionando bastante…

Lost Configuration after update
Cada vez que se actualiza el software, pierdo la configuracion del raton y es muy muy molesto. Me hace plantearme dejar de usar el raton... Con mi anterior y antiguo Mx Anywhere no pasaba esto.

機器への再接続失敗？(Windows11)
bluetooth接続のLift,MXKeysについて、PC上では使い続けられているが、Options＋ソフト上では「デバイスの修復」というアイコン状態となり、接続しなおしてください、というメッセージが表示され、ボタンの割り当て機能が使えない状態となってしまいます。再接続すれば使えるようになりますが、10秒程度で「デバイスの修復」という状態に戻ってしまいます。
事実上利用できずに困っています

Logi Options + turns off automatically and cannot save settings for devices
Logi Options + keeps automatically turning off after some time, or whenever my laptop goes into sleep mode.
Also, I can't save the settings I have set for my devices. And everytime Logi Options + shuts down, I have to restart it and change all the settings again and again.
This has been a major issue and a big inconvenience for many years. Not just me, but most users are experiencing this. Please fix this as soon as possible. It's such a basic thing for a program like this.1 vote -
Undo action does not work in excel
in excel when I use the button asigned to "undo" it simple marks a "z" in the cell. I tried to get the action added by other ways but it is imposible. I'd like to be able to add ir by a combination of "cmd+z" but again, such action is not possible.
