1. Is the 'save to cloud' option really missing from Options+?

   I have a MX Master 3, and I've been using Options until it forced me to install Options+. There, I used to save my settings (mainly app-specific behavior) to my account.

   Now, I don't see any way to log back in so my settings are lost every time an update gets installed. Did this get removed or am I missing something?

2. please get a Native Apple ARM release going… address Mac Sleep bugs

   Logic Options+ solves a problem that the current production version of Options has, where my M1 Mac Mini will immediately wake from sleep after sleeping the mac.

   though, Options+ is STILL NOT NATIVE to apple Apple ARM based Macs. Come on Logitech, you guys are always so far behind Apples software. It's been like this for years and I hate it. Please release updates more aggressively to support apples Ecosystem.

   Also, my mouse's bottom thumb button seems to get lost sometimes, returning to the default setting with Options+. If I launch Options+ again, I get my custom settings back — anyway, it's all buggy. Please natively support Apple software.

3. Mouse wheel stops working in Excel

   Excel scrolling stops working with my MX Master 3 mouse. When using the build-in trackpad on the laptop it works fine. Switching to a different application I can scroll using the wheel.

5. Mouse&keyboard inactive

   I can use my keyboard and mouse with their standard settings on macos. But the logi options+ app does say my mouse and keyboard are inactieve. So my profiles don't get loaded.. Kinda frustrating... Can't force connect them trought the app

6. INACTIVE second profile for one device

   My new MX Anywhere 3 mouse shows up twice in Logi Options+ (alongside my MX Master 3 and MX Keys).
   However, one of the instances of the MX Anywhere 3 is listed as INACTIVE. I can't remove and it is the exact same device.

7. flowが使えなくなって困っております

   flowが急につながらなくなりました。
   以前はつながっておりました

   電話サポートにかけても対応できないの一点張りで非常に困っております。
   こちらの電話番号など個人情報だけ聞くだけ聞いてその対応は
   とても非誠実に感じました。

   本製品の購入理由の第一がflowなので、買った意味がありません。

   no skype icon in custom apps, but when i add skype in add new application, it says skype is already enabled, but its nowhere to be foun.

9. Scrolling and Drag Drop issues in MX Master 3

   I am facing issues in Dragging and Drop using my Logitech MX Master 3 mouse. It's causing issues even in fast scrolling or rectangular selection. Is this a known issue?

10. Buggy release. Give me back Logi Options

    I don't like Logi Options+.

    Sometimes, my mouse settings don't get applied and the Logi Options+ software is just perpetually "downloading" its contents, forcing me to restart my computer.

    Also, Logi options+ keeps resetting my scoll spin mode to ratchet instead of free spin.

    Finally, I can't uninstall it from my Mac to go back to the original Logi Options!

    Really frustrating.

    since option+ is mandatory to use, my mouse (mx3 mac) is "Inactive" in options+.
    And how do i add a new device in options+? i dont see any Add button

13. Global settings are lost

    Macbook Air M1, osx montenery (latest version), atleast 1-2 times a day "free spin" global setting is changing from "free spin" to "ratched" despite i dont want it to.

    I had also "active" "inactive" issue yesterday.

14. MX Keyboard not found on Mac OS on iMac and MacBook pro

    MX Keyboard for Mac wasn't found in beta app, MX Mouse was found and works great.

    I'm switching back to the previous version of the options app.

15. terrible experience

    Now that I have the beta - My mouse no longer connects to the machine at all. I have no idea how to add it, pressing the pulsing bluetooth button in this application does nothing. I removed the mouse in my system preferences. I can no longer add it there. I can't even figure out how to add it back to the original logi options app. I essentially just threw my mouse in the trash. Extremely frustrating. I regret this decision immensely. How about a link to help? Searching the web only leads me to pages talking about a different mouse's connection methods. Furious about this.

17. Issues

    *** 1. You guys really need to address the issue where gesture for switching desktops not working time to time. I noticed that once it stops working, GestureBtn + move up/down works as expected, but GestureBtn + move left/right don't. However, if I hold CTRL key and GestureBtn + move left/right, it works. Feel like your GestureBtn forgets to bind to CTRL key. Hope that helps your debugging and fix this asap.

    *** 2. Options+ doesn't show remaining battery percentage.

20. Issue with keyboard and logi options+ firmware showing as unknown.

    While playing games, the keyboard freezes for a second, it seems to be more and more frequent. I am not using more than 3 keys at a time. While checking the MX key firmware, it says unknown... Doesn't seem normal. Thank you!
