  1. No option to disable extra added overhead for "new features." STOP ADDING OVERHEAD.

    Please, for the love of actually saving your quickly degrading and already inadequate user experience, STOP ADDING EXTRA BACKGROUND PROCESSES.

    I do not want or need "AI" features from my mouse... especially when it turns things on without asking (putting folders on my root directory, etc.). I have used Logitech for years on my Mac and I'm now actively researching removing all Logitech software (and then I'll be searching for replacement devices).

  6. ai_overlay_tmp directory on Mac

    Since the latest AI prompt update, I'm getting an empty directory "aioverlaytmp" created in my Mac home (it comes back if I delete it). Please fix this and for bonus points allow me to completely remove the AI prompt feature, because I don't want it. It's a keyboard/mouse companion, I don't want it to do any AI. If you want to offer it, separate app, problem solved.

  7. Bring Back "Zoom using scroll wheel" feature!!!

    It's absolutely disappointing how you removed "Zoom using scroll wheel" on the old Options app and never even explained that the update would deprecate the feature.

    Unlike using the current zoom feature (which basically uses Ctrl+-/+ for the window to do a scaled zoom),

    "Zoom using scroll wheel" actually allows you to zoom into what's on screen as if you're zooming using the touchpad (or screen, if the monitor is touch sensitive). It's basically a 2-finger screen/touch zoom using just the mouse!

  10. Logi Options+ Breaking Copy and Paste in Adobe Illustrator

    There is something about the Logi+ Options app that interferes with copy and paste in Adobe Illustrator. It is not consistent and I cannot trace exactly what scenarios trigger it, but it happens frequently enough to be annoying. I copy something with keyboard commands from one Illustrator document and then move to another Illustrator document to paste, but my clipboard is somehow cleared and nothing is pasted. The issue is resolved if I force end the Logi Options background processes in Task Manager.

  11. Logi Options+ CPU usage

    It is a little sad that the Logi Options+ Agent/Broker/Updater together, in idle doing absolutely nothing, use 2-4% of my 10th gen Core I7. Latest version running on Windows 11.

  12. My mouse and keyboard don't need AI

    I really don't care for AI features from the software that tweaks what my mouse buttons do. Please add a way to disable the AI prompt optimisation feature. As a software engineer myself I find it hard to defend why you would make it a de facto part of everyone's install, when only a fraction of your customers will use it.

  13. Open ChatGPT is almost amazing...

    I love the new "Open ChatGPT" feature, however...
    1. The text is soo small in the window. Please develop the ability to zoom in or adjust the UI text size or UI scale
    2. Also awesome that the ability to login to my OpenAI account to access GPT-4 is available, but the real gains of GPT-4 come in the form of the plugins. Please develop a method to allow the user to enable plugins for GPT.

  14. Mouse stuck in Configuring

    My mouse is stuck in configuring every time i start my computer, so all custom button assigmments don't work.
    Are you actually planning on fixing this issue? i submitted feedback 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.
    I have always used and recommended logitech products to friends, but I am seriously thinking of changing brands if this issue continues

    Hi, after buying tens of Logitech products over the last more than 25 years, I am quite ****** off by the latest update of Logi Options+. For the dirst time in this long time, but quite a lot. I only want the SW for adjusting my workflows with my Master keyboard and mouse. I do not want any LLM prompt-generator stuff there. Let users decide what they want, put there a toggle to let us add this new part of the app. Don’t put an unwanted garbage to our filesystems, I always appreciated that Logi SW works and is not…

  18. AI Prompt Builder - has Issues

    There is an issue with your ‘AI Prompt Builder‘ It does not allow you to de-select a ‘Trigger Button’ on the mouse once you select one!
    The issue is, once you select a button to open the Builder your stuck with that one!
    If you select another button, then you end up with two trigger buttons!! This can be repeated for all the mouse buttons till you can no longer use the mouse! The only option I had was to uninstall ‘Logi Options +’ and then reinstall it.

    I tried using the ‘Configure Trigger’ option withing the ‘AI Prompt Builder…
