1. No option to disable extra added overhead for "new features." STOP ADDING OVERHEAD.

   Please, for the love of actually saving your quickly degrading and already inadequate user experience, STOP ADDING EXTRA BACKGROUND PROCESSES.

   I'm about to sell my MX Master 3S, despite having bought two of your $100 mice. I run Options+ for my mouse and G HUB for my keyboard, and you're making me want to sell both.

   This AI thing you just added? Why is there not an option to get rid of it? Stay in your lane, Logitech. If I wanted an AI assistant, I would've downloaded one. NOBODY WANTS BLOATWARE, yet we're forced to have it because WE F'ING BOUGHT YOUR HARDWARE.

   Stop. Just stop. 80% of this software is just wasted resources on my PC. PLEASE give us options to kill features in exchange for performance. I'm about to start deleting software files myself, and if that doesn't work, I'll likely be looking elsewhere for hardware.

3. AI trash

   I do not want or need "AI" features from my mouse... especially when it turns things on without asking (putting folders on my root directory, etc.). I have used Logitech for years on my Mac and I'm now actively researching removing all Logitech software (and then I'll be searching for replacement devices).

4. ai_overlay_tmp directory on Mac

   Since the latest AI prompt update, I'm getting an empty directory "aioverlaytmp" created in my Mac home (it comes back if I delete it). Please fix this and for bonus points allow me to completely remove the AI prompt feature, because I don't want it. It's a keyboard/mouse companion, I don't want it to do any AI. If you want to offer it, separate app, problem solved.

6. Bring Back "Zoom using scroll wheel" feature!!!

   It's absolutely disappointing how you removed "Zoom using scroll wheel" on the old Options app and never even explained that the update would deprecate the feature.

   Unlike using the current zoom feature (which basically uses Ctrl+-/+ for the window to do a scaled zoom),

   "Zoom using scroll wheel" actually allows you to zoom into what's on screen as if you're zooming using the touchpad (or screen, if the monitor is touch sensitive). It's basically a 2-finger screen/touch zoom using just the mouse!

   The lack of this feature is the only thing stopping me from getting a logitech mouse as a replacement. Logitech basically wants me to get a portable touchpad instead.

   Very disappointing. It would be bad enough if you left it on the old Options app and didn't add it to Options+. But the fact that you removed it from Options app 3 years ago and haven't fixed it is embarrassing.

   Did the feature violate someone's IP/Patent? Atleast give us an explanation!

7. Logi Options+ CPU usage

   It is a little sad that the Logi Options+ Agent/Broker/Updater together, in idle doing absolutely nothing, use 2-4% of my 10th gen Core I7. Latest version running on Windows 11.

8. Open ChatGPT is almost amazing...

   I love the new "Open ChatGPT" feature, however...
   1. The text is soo small in the window. Please develop the ability to zoom in or adjust the UI text size or UI scale
   2. Also awesome that the ability to login to my OpenAI account to access GPT-4 is available, but the real gains of GPT-4 come in the form of the plugins. Please develop a method to allow the user to enable plugins for GPT.

11. Don’t push AI stuff on users. Let them opt-in instead of making Logi Options+ a bloatware

    Hi, after buying tens of Logitech products over the last more than 25 years, I am quite ****** off by the latest update of Logi Options+. For the dirst time in this long time, but quite a lot. I only want the SW for adjusting my workflows with my Master keyboard and mouse. I do not want any LLM prompt-generator stuff there. Let users decide what they want, put there a toggle to let us add this new part of the app. Don’t put an unwanted garbage to our filesystems, I always appreciated that Logi SW works and is not bloated.

    I was thinking about buying the new MX Brio, but I am not sure at the moment if I want another product from bloatware company. Getting rid of my keyboard and mouse seems closer now.

    Anyway, I am not the only one ****** off in just a few hours.

15. Scrolling does not behave as expected when using Logi Options+ on a Mac.

    When using the MXM3S on a Mac, with Logi Options+ installed, scrolling does not behave as expected. Certain applications with scrolling gestures do not work, and scroll speed varies wildly between applications, and because you cannot turn off the god awful automatic switch between freespin/rachet mode on the mouse (either with Logi Options+, or with the physical button which is already bound to that purpose), I have to choose between installing Logi Options+ and getting broken scroll behaviour, and uninstalling it and not being able to control the scroll wheel in any precise manor.

    アプリを一から起動した場合は使えるが、保存したファイルから起ち上げると使えない。

20. AI not wanted

    I'm not interested in having AI functionality in my mouse. Is there a way I can prevent the folder that is now added to my home folder for this function from being made each time I restart my computer? If not, I'll be removing Logi Options+.
