m720 and mx master 3s take turns losing connection
I reinstalled version 1.81.613202 of Options+ today because the older version wasn't recognizing apps so it wasn't switching all the button assignments automatically.
I'm glad to say that the tracking on my Mx Master 3s is fine now, still some stutters but nothing consistent. However now my m720 loses tracking with both BT and RF connections. I can tell m720 is losing connection because the sensitivity changes but I can also see that it reconnects via the dongle very frequently from the home page; less so with BT.

MX Anywhere #3 is worst than #2
MX Anywhere #2 is better than #3!!! I miss the horizontal scrolling with only the scroll wheel. Also the option to setup the Windows "Start Menu" on the top button is missing...

your SMOOTH SCROLLING feature absolutely sucks beyond comprehension. what the **** dont you test this *? right next to my pc with mouse, huge time delays an jerky motion when you **** implemented this garbage.

Macbook每次休眠，再唤醒后，鼠标的灵敏度会改变，即灵敏度设置会失效，需要重新打开Options+软件，再次手动调节灵敏度才能恢复。每次休眠都会发生，请解决一下！

MX Master laggy using either receiver or bluetooth
MX master is very laggy/jumpy on my screen. I've tried both the bluetooth and wirerless receiver and restarting my computer. How should i proceed?

K380 disconnects randomly
My K380 keeps disconnecting despite showing full battery. It happens randomly, but when it does it frequently disconnects over the span of several minutes.

Mouse and keyboard take a second to reconnect every single time I switch back and forth
If I stop using my mouse, to type something for one second, when I go back to my mouse, it takes a few wiggles to give back control. Is this normal. Same happens when starting to type something. Moving from mouse to typing, there's a delay before any characters appear. This is highly annoying and I'm not sure when it started.

Disabled auto-update is ignored
Don't download updates if "Automatically install updates" is switched off.
With this switched off I expect the s/w to only check for updates, not to download them.
It should never be compulsory to download and install updates. Add warnings if the s/w gets way out of date.1 vote -

Stop with the "AI" rubbish
Hi,
I have a DELL Latitude 3520 running Windows 10 Pro, v.22H2
Logi options upgraded itself this morning when I booted the laptop.
However, after logging in, the laptop failed to display the desktop, and just sat in black.
Triggering Task Manager, I could see that the second busiest process was 'Logi AI'. Ending that task immediately displayed the desktop and normal service is resumed.
I have disabled the AI function in Logi options.
Please refrain from enabling that sort of untested **** in updates.1 vote -
Please allow access to older recent versions of Options+
This is in regards to latest Options+ software, version 1.81.613202. My mx master 3s has been experiencing constant stutter and and lag (with both the dongle and via BT) since that update. I know only my mx master 3s is affected because my m720 is working as well as usual. I've since found an installation file for Options+ version 1.44.415778 and my mx master works normally again. Please considering allowing access to other more recent version of Options+. Thanks!

mx anywhere 3切换配对失效的问题
我在使用mx anywhere 3时通常将macbook配对至1号位，其他常用的windows或者ipad os设备配对至2～3号位。最近经常出现切换至2号配对使用一段时间，再切换回1号位的macbook时无法连接，必须移除配对重连的情况。

Chat GTP-4o update doesn't work with mouse anymore
Hello! the new chat GTP-4o update breaks my assigned button on my mouse for openeing up and using Chat GTP-4o. Please help! Also I love the function of using chat GTP on the mouse, super convenient and helpful. Wish you could also click on your current typed out text box to adjust words in the GTP pop-up
