I have been using the new Logitech Illuminated MXKS keyboard and MX Mouse 3S for over a month now. I also purchased a keyboard for my wife. We both find the illuminated keyboard a great benefit but I understood that the keys should illuminate when one's hands are over them - just prior to touching . The illumination is a bit slow and sometimes requires a touch of a key before ir switches on.
The mouse is great - feels comfortable and easy to use. It certainly lasts a long time on battery power.

Screenshot button is not working on macOS Sequoia, everytime I press the button it requestes permission even though it is already enabled.

flow 오동작 수정 좀 합시다.
flow 기능의 오류가 너무 많습니다. 마우스를 가장자리로 이동하거나 ctrl키를 누른상태로 이동하는 옵션이 있지만 이 두가지 모두 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 경우가 너무 많습니다. 될때도 있고 안될때도 있고 마우스만 이동이 되고 키보드가 연동이 않된다든가 여튼 자잘한 오동작때문에 사용이 꺼려집니다. 안정화하고 마우스 이동말고 키보드 단축키로 이동할수 있는 옵션을 줬으면 합니다.

Tell me how to fix these problems
it is extremely distracting when the mouse causes my excel and word screen to scroll horizontally for no reason except the mouse is hovering over a cell or word.
On MS word it is constantly zooming in and out.
How can I make these erratic behaviors STOP?

Kein individuelles Backup möglich - großer Mist
Warum kann ich kein Backup nach eigenem Ermessen machen. Gerade eben wieder alle Einstellungen weg und die Sicherung wurde promt überschrieben. Somit alles wieder neu einrichten - langsam nervt es. Ich weiß, daß liest hier sowieso keiner, es würde auch niemanden interessieren. Fazit: ich schaue mal, ob ich nicht eine Maus von einem anderen Hersteller kaufe.

LogiOptions+ drivers are not consistently affecting mouse movements
LogiOptions+ is not as reliable as the old LogiOptions. With the new one, when I wake up my Mac from sleeping, it takes almost a full minute for the drivers to kick in and update my scrolling, movements, etc. It's really annoying. I often have to launch LogiOptions+ to get it to start working. There is a bug here

Ma premiere Master 3S est HS au bout de 6 mois, mais j'en etais tres contente. Je viens d'en racheter une. La programmation de la molette latterale n'est pas prise en compte pour toutes les applications c'est un cauchemar, je ne cesse de reinitialiser les reglages et de reprogrammer et ca ne fonctionne que sur certaines applications. C'est incomprehensible. L'ergonomie du produit est geniale mais le reste .... Tres franchement tres decue.

Malfunctioning Mouse and Keyboard
Keyboard and Mouse keep locking and do function properly at random times. Not sure what is causing the issue. MX Master 3S. Mouse issue is that the left button seems to stick without pushing causing screen to highlight and not allow to move curser. For keyboard, some of the functions do not work and it locks in shift mode. MX Mechanical.

Remove AI bloatware
Get this AI bloatware out of my computer. This should not be automatically installed, and it should not be running as a background process. I don't want this garbage polluting my system as a prerequisite for using the keyboard and mouse I purchased from you. If this doesn't disappear, I will not be purchasing any Logitech products in the future.

Desktop left right doesnt work
I have set up my Logi MX Ergo to have the two buttons on the ridge be desktop left and desktop right instead of Forward and back. Often it doesn't remember the change and does page back anyway. Sometimes they just don't do anything. Please help.

Lacking support of Logitech Craft in Options+
It's really disappointing that the "Logitech Craft" keyboard still isn't supporting. And everywhere you look for that issue, you get the same standard answer from Logitech, which says basically nothing. It would be preferable if you just would have the courage to admit that support in Logi Options+ for said keyboard is never coming. Either that or provide the (rightly so!) disappointed users with an ETA.

I have my computers language set the correct region and my keyboard was working fine 10 minutes ago. Now when I press af on the keyboard in google chrome it types we. How do I fix this as this now the 3rd keyboard that has done this?
