我已经关闭了自动更新，但是仍然会自动更新软件。而且更新之后桌面会多出来“罗技语音”和“logitech+”两个app的图标

Light Control Faillure
I purchased the more expensive better quality MX Mechanical Keyboard. A nice keyboard that shuts the light out as I'm using it. Its plugged in and there's no reason to shut the light off. Why is there no light control as in Keys S keyboards at this price. Keys S has been out for a while. I guess that's why there are so many used ones available on Amazon. I'm an Electronics design engineer this is an extremely simple design change

Logi Option+ not responding
Logi Options+ is not responding very often that i need to go to the activity monitor to force quit it and do a restart. I am using MacBook Pro M2 Max

Scrolling problems and connectivity
I'm using Microsoft Edge as my browser on a MacBook Pro. I have both a bluetooth mouse and keyboard from logi. I can't scroll properly because the wheel lags. It's almost a deal breaker. I feel like I've tried everything to remedy the problem but because it is intermittent, it is driving me crazy. I don't know if it's a flaw in Bluetooth technology, or a problem with your gear. But the keyboard acts up a lot too. I wish you would fix your stuff.

Get it together
Almost every single time my mac goes idle, Logi options+ goes into an idle state. After which, I have tried restarting my computer and the program as a whole, but I keep having to reinstall the program as a whole. I am on a mac pro operating system, last years model, so I shouldnt be running into these issues. Please get it together, this is embarassing considering I paid close to 300+ for my mouse and keyboard...

Insert key not working without FN
Hi Logi team,
I am also using the "ins" key very often! I'm a developer with an intense use of the combinations "shift" + "delete" and "shift" + "ins". The necessitation to use an additional key ("shift" + "fn" + "ins") is really annoying.Please make this behaviour choosable like the lock for the function keys!

System mapping(s) ignored by MX Keys
I have my CapsLock mapped to Escape. But when using MX Keys it stops working. Is there any way to fix it?

play-pause bug
"I am using the MX Master 3 mouse. I have set the bottom left button to play-pause. While watching videos on Udemy, the play-pause button doesn't work properly. I don't experience any issues with other video players. The way it works is as follows: if the video is playing, it briefly pauses and resumes, or if it's paused, it briefly starts and stops again."

Options+ forgets settings and resets.
A lot of people have this problem and have to use the offline version which has limited capabilities. I for one really like the integrated ChatGPT but I can't use it with the offline version so the workaround is not viable to me.
You NEED to find a way around this. I don't know if it is just an issue on corporate networks where you have firewalls and stuff in place, but the offline version can retain settings so the online version should too.
Keep the settings stored locally and just use online functionality for the other stuff.

DIY Garbage App
This app is complete garbage and fails to detect any wireless devices while searching for devices that ends with the app giving a message of no devices detected. Thank you for the wasted time.

Known problem with scrolling on Mac - please fix
I have endless trouble with my MX3 connecting to my Macbook Pro. It conflicts with other Bluetooth devices. And the scroll wheel will only work for 3 seconds and then I have to reconnect/cycle the mouse. I see other users reporting this online. Online troubleshooting guides don't fix it. Please solve it so I can enjoy this product again. It's a paperweight now.

K380 appears inactive
K380 often appears as inactive after even if keyboard is connected to the device on MacOS 14.5

cant delete smart actions once created, please add remove function or place it more prominently if already possible.

How to Take a Simple Screenshot Quickly (Use of PrtSc)?
I want to be able to take screenshots as easily as I used to by pressing PrtSc or Alt-Prtsc and I just don't see how to make that happen easily with this keyboard. Launching the snip tool with the Camera key takes a few seconds and even then requires additional steps to just take a simple snapshot of something that may be happening too quickly on screen to miss!

excel add in
could you please update the fact that the com addin plugin is always reinstalled in office apps (excel, word). I removed it, and it always comes back. It's buggy and make ole operations unresponsive. I removed it, but after each update, it comes back. Please stop this. If i removed it, i do not want it to come back. Thank you
