Scroll speed can't be adjusted, and the vertical scrolling is excessive (K400).

Support for Y-R0011
Can't add my K800 to logi options+. My receiver detects it with no issues, i can use it properly, but it never appears in logi options+ to customize the keyboard settings. Can't even check if firmware is up to date.

K400+ no scrolling option!!!!
I have a k400+ , and thers no scrolling option for the speed!! The scrolling is to fast, and i cant go slower!!! Please , do something for that...

Estoy encantado con ambos productos.Hoy he detectado quizás un posible error. Configuro el ratón (Logi Options+) utilizándolo con A.Illustrator, y establezco la tecla "V" en uno de los botones asignándole la herramienta de selección del programa. (la V en A.Illustrator viene por defecto para la herramienta (selección")

Ability to control the keyboard backlight!!!
Please do it. I read throuhg tons of the bugs and ideas here and there are an overwhelming amount of requests for the ability to control the keyboard backlight: Either let us:
1: turn on/off the ambient sensor
2: schedule the ambient sensor's working hours.
3: ability to switch between: Always On/Ambient Sensor/Always OFF.
The backlight is one of the major attractions and features of why I have been a Logitech keyboard fan for a long time, but this new ambient sensor is awful.

Firmware ou drive com problemas
O Teclado MK850, vem apresentando problemas de conexão, de uma ora para outra ele fica inativo, depois volta a funcionar. Acredito ser algum problema de Driver ou Firmware, poderiam investigar por favor!

Ability to keep backlight ON. Or let me turn it on/off
I would love this keyboard (MX) if there was a way to keep the keyboard backlight on permanently.
The sensor doesn't work well and one of the reasons I chose your product was the backlit keyboard. I want the keyboard light on even when there is light in the room....it is very helpful to have them turned on regardless of the ambient light. Please implement this feature, I don't want to have to return the keyboard because of this design flaw. Just let us turn it on/off with a shortcut or with the software. As it is now: it is…1 vote -
MX Master 3 S Never connects to APP
My MX Master 3S keeps "connecting" and it can never get connected to the app. I have to delete the app, download it again and then it works.

Mouse Config Not Recognizing Active Window
The custom button function was having difficulty switching from program to program. Ex: I have P6 and Excel open simultaneously. I had the native setting on my forward side button custom set to F9, to run the schedule in P6 and the backward side button as Enter to execute the "run the schedule" function. It always works as intended until I open another program that I have the mouse, "recommended pre-sets", set to. Like after opening Excel i go do something in there. Click back into the P6 window. Free spin mode is set when reconnecting mouse.
Sometimes, when turning the mouse back on (and it automatically reconnects), the wheel spin mode is set to smooth. I keep wheel spin mode in auto.

memory leak still not fixed
This software has an obvious memory leak. Please provide patches that are compatible with older versions of MacOS (e.g. 11.7). This is absolutely unacceptable.

none of the Logitech options work
Forgive me, but this matter is not right at all, I have bought everything with you from mice, cameras to keyboards, I have one on each computer or laptop, (3 towers, 4 laptops), I am a photo editor. Now none of the Logitech options work, because I think it must be because Windows 11... and what are you going to do?

Upgrading in several tiers is unnaceptable in 2024
This app should update in a very light manner. Considering its use base is everyone with several types of Logitech peripherials, it means a lot of slow PCs or ones that rarely reboot or rarely connect to check for updates. Forcing EVERYONE to suffer multiple layers of app updates (for example 1.48 > 1.6 is not a 1 step upgrade) means everyone needs to reboot to reinstall the new version, and with a several tiered upgrade that would mean several restarts to get your mouse working the way you need.
