Need to remove Options+ Beta from MacOS as it's not working properly and has broken basic mouse functionality
After installing the Beta Options+ software I am now unable to use my scroll wheel and extra buttons on my MX 3 Master and I can't access the config through Options+ as it's just not displaying my mouse and the old Options software is just looping me back to Options+. I also don't appear to be able to remove Options+ so I seem to be stuff with a non-functioning mouse. Please help ASAP!

Get the software to work as intended
I still can't understand how or why Logitech Software is so ******. I used LogiOptions and switched to LogiOptions+ because of errors and problems everywhere. I still have errors and problems everywhere:
- The receiver stops working ALL. THE. TIME! I have to re-plug it so it works again.
(If I use Bluetooth random things stop working, like scrolling, gesture button or mouse speed)
- After locking my Mac, several things occur, either all at the same time or at least one of them:
-- The pointer speed drops (rarely)

Custom Gestures Won't Work
Custom gestures only work if I'm in Logi Options+. Please fix this.

The smart scroll turns off randomly. This issue had disappeared for a while until last 2 days on my Mac.This is getting rediculous as this is the second time within 24 hrs I've experienced this! FIX IT.... AGAIN!

But with macOS 12.3 (21E230) with Logitech Unify Dongle and MX Keys
Hi Team,
I figured out that with the new macOS 12.3 (21E230) the Logitech MX keys is always automatically clicking where the cursor is.
I was able to solve this issue by removing the unify usb dongle and connect it with bluetooth directly.
Could you please resolve this issue?

Keyboard Shortcuts not working for WoW
The keyboard shortcuts for the Mx Master 3 are not working with the World of Warcraft Application.
Device tested on: M1 Pro Macbook Pro.

Switch apps issue on mac when custom gesture
Hi, when I choose "App Navigation" as an option, I can swtich between apps perfectly in mac, but if I choose "Custom Gestures" and then I choose "Switch application" (which is the same gesture than the previous) it only goes to the last app I used, it does not show me the horizontal list of apps to select. I hope this is clear.

Notifications of Cap Lock and Keyboard Brightness
The notification of the keyboard brightness and caps lock key doesn't work for MX Keys Mini in Windows 11 with Logi Options+. but does work in Logi Option. Hopefully this issue can be solved soon:)

Let me move back to Logi Options
your scroll wheel scroll direction does not work. When selecting option as standard it does not save the settings. I am disappointed that I cannot use my mouse and keyboard in logi options options anymore. It's beyond ridiculous that logi Options+ is still in beta and I cant switch back. This is a Beta, so why the **** did it make me upgrade and now I cant move back?

Volume up/down bug
For the MX Keys Mini, when you toggle "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys", volume down and up keys behave differently! Volume Down requires FN to be pressed, while Volume Up doesn't. This is insane! For god sakes, fix it already.

Messy scrolling on M1 MacbookPro 12.2.1
Hello!
the following is happening on the Apple M1 Pro (16-inch, 2021) running Monterey 12.2.1
Scrolling with wheel is very inconsistent. It's very jarring. When the the bug is happening, the page will crawl down a few pixels at a time then if I vary my scroll speed at all it can jump a page or two — this is very disorientating and I spend a lot of time hunting for where I was. It's inconsistent: so scrolling works ok for a bit, then flick and I'm lost again. (it feels like there's an acceleration setting that I don't have…

Options+ is a mistake
The app is garbage!
I've uninstalled and reinstalled over 30 times and still it doesn't work. It's constantly loading forever. After I manage to reach the login screen it does accept login after redirecting back to app from Safari. If I skip login no devices are detected! Old app does not work and I cannot access mouse settings because it detects Options+. Huge dissapointment.1 vote
