  1. Download failed Check network, but network is fine

    When the app opens all it says is download failed check connection. There are no connection issues and I have clicked retry but it will not change

  2. Recent Build Broke

    The most recent build has been super buggy. The customizations dont "stick" and I have open the options app to get it back up. When doing that, the Logi Options+ app regularly hangs and wont open.

    What the **** is this? i use logi options (mx anywhere+mx keys), get a prompt to upgrade to this. When I install, none of them are compatible! Are you morons?

  4. Upgrade deletes devices. Can't add new bluetooth devices.

    The most recent update deleted the settings for my connected devices and the devices themselves.

    Attempting to re-add the bluetooth devices does not work. Add Devices menu shows Bluetooth as an option. Choosing that option just opens the Mac OS bluetooth settings dialog. Clicking or right-clicking on a devices does not select for use with Logi Options+

    I have a MX Keys Mini keyboard and MX Master 3 mouse connected successfully to bluetooth.

    I'm using Mac OS 12.3 on a 2018 13-inch Macbook Pro.

  6. App keeps crashing and asking me to reboot my mac

    This app keeps crashing at random points throughout the day ruining my workflow please make it more stable sometimes I'll leave my computer for 5 minutes and come back and it will have lost all of my settings and it will just say "ERROR FIX DEVICE" and tell me to reboot this is incredibly dumb. and it didn't happen in the previous version of logitech options which you blocked me out of using which is fun :)

    Super, że dodaliście opcję usuwania nieaktywnych urządzeń z menu czego bardzo potrzebowałem. Niestety myszy da się usunąć lecz klawiatur MX Master się nie da pomimo przycisku. Warto to poprawić. Ale zmiany na plus

  9. Update Network Error

    The application told me it wanted to download an update, but couldn't due to a "network error" only there wasn't a network issue. Only after re-installing the application did it work again. So we need better reason codes for the failure, but why did it want to update in the first place? There wasn't even a new version.

  11. Modifier keys don't work as keyboard shortcuts

    Hi,

    Could you please add proper modifier options? I assign Cmd and Opt to seperate buttons on my MX master 3 as 'keyboard shortcuts', but they instantly deactivate when the mouse moves. This never happened with Logi Options (non-plus). Appreciate help with this!

  12. Keyboard keys passed incorrectly with non-QWERTY layout

    I am trying to assign custom actions to my mouse's gesture button. Using actions that involve keyboard macros such as "Cut" (CTRL+X) or "Paste" (CTRL+V) don't work on non-QWERTY keyboard layouts. They seem to send the command as if the physical "X" or "V" keys were pressed on the keyboard which are then erroneously mapped to other keys (e.g. on Dvorak that would be "Q" and "K" respectively). This issue didn't exist in the older Logitech Options software.

  18. shortcut profile failing for Davinci Resolve

    shortcut doesn't work well with Davinci Resolve 17. Sometimes I need to click on the Davinci Taskbar to activate again and sometimes it just cannot identify I'm using Davinci and cannot switch to the cprresponding profile.

  19. Usage on Mac is very annoying due to secure input

    I keep getting error that and app is using secure input and my mouse functionality won't work? It seems to be after sleep mode is resumed. How can I prevent these constant restarts?

  20. To much CPU load

    I think that much CPU load and a number of threads for keyboard driver is too much.
    Pls consider optimizing the app.
    Also pls make native M1 mac version.
