M500s scrolling sometimes doesn't work
M500s. Проблема с колесиком. Быстрая прокрутка периодически (иногда) не работает, - ничего не прокручивается. Когда переключаешь кнопкой на пошаговую прокрутку и затем снова на быструю, то всё чинится и работает.

Bolt unpair only works from the web connect
THIS IS FRUSTRATING PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!
When my BOLT receiver gets full, I can't unpair an inactive device from the LOGI Options+ application. I can only unpair devices from the LOGI Web Connect. App not loading, Custom settings lost
I had this MK850 keyboard since 2018 or 2019. Today 2025-Oct-03 the button that defaults to forward was not working as I customized it. I had it to Print Screen. Nothing happened. I tried to run the Logitch Options+ app to set it the way it was. I could not run the application. It seemed to begin to start but never did. I had to go and download the latest software.

Launch & Learn
So how do you launch a cool new feature like Action Rings and the availability of recommended rings for say Excel, PowerPoint are non-existent. You can event drag and drop a function from excel onto the ring.

App hangs/ Frozen
app hangs while Opening. Need to restart PC. All my saved settings during that time like horizontal scroll (inverted) options etc are lost during that time

Cannot hold window + perform Swipe gesture to switch desktop at the same time
On the MX Master 4: Assigned the Actions Ring button to a gestures action: swipe left to go to the left desktop, swipe right to go to the right desktop.
I can no longer hold a window using my left click and perform the gesture at the same time using this button. If I assign to any other button it is possible.
Please fix this if possible, thank you!

Logi Options+ needs more love
The hardware is great but the Logi Options+ software is flaky at best. Almost every week it either can't load the backend, or my shortcuts stops working + MX3S mouse has limited functionality - and it's ALWAYS because some automatic update of LO+. You need to get this as robust as the electronics. I'm on Windows 11 24H2, all updates applied.

Delay is not working
The action ring is very good
i wanted to do a combination of keystroke on a browser.
The issue i am facing is that when i put a delay in between the keyboard stroke, it is not taking the delay time as per my setting given, it is doing as per its basic setting which i dont want. Kindly solve the issue.1 vote -

Make the MX 4 Pad simultaneously active with other mouse inputs
I want the pad of the MX 4 to be active while other buttons are clicked. When I use older MX mice, the thumb/gesture pad button could be simultaneously activated with any of the other mouse buttons. So for instance, I could left click a window to move it around, then click the gesture button to move the window onto another desktop screen very easily. I prefer the pad to be the gesture pad, so I reconfigured the pad for gestures and the top most button on my MX 4 to be the action ring. As a result, I cannot…
