Schlechte Logitech-SW
Macht mal bitte eine Software, die auch funktioniert. Meine Maus (M310) wird erkannt und funktioniert. Meine Tastatur (K520) wird zwar anzeigt, wird in LogiBolt jedoch als inaktiv angezeigt. Wo kann man sie aktivieren? Mal ist die Tastatureingabe normal, mal ist ein 5 Sekunden Verzögerung. Obwohl mein Vertrauen in Logitech-Produkte langsam schwindet, habe ich noch mal eine neues Tastatur-Maus-Set (MK850) bestellt. Wenn das wieder nicht funktioniert, weiß ich, das ich Logitech meiden sollte. Verschlimmbesserung und unfähige Programierer, sorry! MfG Uwe Bothur

Energieverslinder
Logi Options gebruikt regelmatig vrij veel batterij van mijn Macbook. Ik moet de app handmatig afsluiten en opnieuw opstarten om het energieverbruik binnen de perken te houden.

Poor Customer Experience
Figure out a way not to mislead customers in to buying the M650 thinking it's compatible with their Logitech Unifying Receiver or make it so that the Logitech "Bolt" receiver will work with a Logitech K750 keyboard. I'm now stuck needing two USB receivers for two products from the same company after my M560 mouse died.

Lock on Master 3s
Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S.
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

K780 on Options + app shows up as unsupported. Your website for the Options + app shows K780 as a supported device. What's the deal?

I just tried to create a new profile for Vivaldi (I don't have one) and I got an error:
"Selected profile is already enabled"
Vivaldi profile isn't present on Logi Option+ profile list, so that shouldn't happen.

Logi Options+ profiles not switching occasionally
Hello,
I use alt+tab a lot, and from time to time experience the following bugs:
1. The Options+ profile of an app (example: Genshin Impact game) not activating after alt+tab)
2. Incorrect profile is activated (example: Vivaldi browser getting binds from Genshin Impact's Options+ profile. Genshin Impact isn't running)Restarting some or all of the logitech services usually helps, but not always.
I can help investigating it if it helps.

I HATE LOGI OPTIONS+
After installing Logi Options+ I hate your brand!
The mouse battery only lasts 2 days, usually, it lasts months. The mouse also glitches making my work difficult. So your APP breaks stuff so we think we must buy new ones.
Suddenly, my keyboard randomly disconnects and I have to remove and reinstall it.
This Logi Options+ has caused millions of problems worldwide and probably thousands in NEW sales due to creating problems.
I'm sharing this NEW INFORMATION with all TECH YOUTUBERS in the world.

I have my mouses thumb button set to open Start menu. Frequently the software forgets this setting and I have to open it to reenable this feature.
Lastly why all the different apps? Just stupid make 1x program that supports all your devices.... That has to be easier than all your programmers trying to maintain countless different applications or a new software for new hardware. Work smarter not harder people.

App Won't Recognize previously registered devices

Zoom with the scroll wheel
Why don't you make it so I can zoom in and out with the primary scroll wheel, while pressing "option" or "control"?
I swear that you used to have this in the old Options. It's driving me nuts that I can't zoom with the mouse, without sacrificing my side scrolling.

Can't connect to the backend or login
Options+ is very buggy, just had to do an install to get it to load/connect. It sill will not allow me to log in so as to save my settings to my account. The web browser loads, app is open, nothing, click launch, opens another browser window, nothing. No way to log in. Usually I don't mind troubleshooting or providing help but using your customers as QA for your product rather than actually releasing a stable product is not cool. I don't have all doay to troubleshoot the use of my keyboard and mouse, Just want to use them.

System dark/light setting is not correctly enforced
Dark / Light theme is not correctly enforced when set to follow system (using Ventura here).
System is set automatic, currently in Light mode and Logi options+ shows up in Dark mode.1 vote -
Scroll direction bug when switching between Mouse en Mousepad (not matching direction)
After installing Logi Options+ i need to switch between turning on and of scroll direction natural. On the touch pad it need to be turned on, but when i'm using my MX master 3, or a sperate mouse with a usb cable, it need to be turned off in the apple settings. This happened after upgrading to the new software
