New Logi Options+ is a hot mess
The new Logi Options+ has been a disaster. The application is constantly not applying settings and has to be relaunched with admin rights manually to get settings to apply every time you boot up.
...And logging into your profile within the app is impossible. I've only be able to do it once or twice after URL hacking the logi id page, I can click launch application till I'm blue in the face. Its a mess.

Logi Options + Update Lost all my settings
Logi options just updated and I lost all my settings. The only backup available is from 5 mins ago, can't access older backups!

Logi Options+ - Randomly won't work on Ventura
Updating to Logi Options+ has been a real headache and I'm toying with Razr or Microsoft hardware at this point. Almost every day, I have to recheck all the settings because otherwise the app just shows a spinner. The K860 keyboard also randomly doesn't work whether I'm attached to the dongle or bluetooth. I am on Ventura, but do have the latest version 1.28.542. It's really frustrating, because both devices I use have an excellent form factor. I'm a software engineer so use the devices pretty heavily, but I'm not a gamer, so it's not like I'm abusing the devices.…

High Processor/Energy Utilization - Mac
Fix your stack overall on the Mac. Hanging processes/super high processor utilization i common and is noticed mainly by my battery life being sapped away.

App is still full of bugs, won't log in
App won't log in, webpage won't launch app, can log into the webpage fine but the app will not log in.

Software fails to connect, needs elevated privs to work,
Your software is constantly failing, the internet, reddit, other forums, are full of users having issues with the new logi options+ software. Many times it won't connect, settings are not saved, it needs to run with admin privs to do certain things. This has been ongoing now for a long time. MX keys, MX Master, etc. these cost money and users expect a better job.

K860 Does Not Appear in Options+
My K860 keyboard does not appear in the app. It connects via Bluetooth just fine but it doesn't show up in Options+. I've tried unpairing and re-pairing multiple times without any luck.

scroll wheel glitch
The scroll wheel keeps randomly switching from ratchet to free spin after about an hours use.

Lags + preventing windows from shutdown on new XPS15
Hello:
please add logitech craft keyboard as supported device. Its hillarious that i need 2 softwares for one unified USB reciever.
Logitech anywhere 3 lags sometimes, please fix this firmware. Its not ok for device in this price range.
Logi options+ Prevents windows from shutdown (LogiDevioMainWindow). Please fix this. I tried clean install, all new updates. 2500euro XPS15 + 400euro lgitech hardware, and it cant wokr properly.

Device issues
My mouse (MX Ergo Trackball) scroll wheel just stops and requires a restart post installing this new version.
Also my keyboard will not respond after a short period of time not typing, then after a key click or two it finally "Wakes up", really hard to work with.

Options+ crush
Sometimes suddenly when browsing or just work, the mouse functions stop response.
For ex. the wheel does not scrolling a document.
I'm fixing it with open options+ and then is start to work again.1 vote
