Logi options plus Sucks. Original version never broke for me now I lose control of my mouse.
Logi options plus connstantly stopping working. Activity monitor shows not responding need to kill the instance.

Logi Options+ failure
Problem - Logi Options+ failure. Running the most recent version on a 2020 Macbook Pro M1 with a MX Master 3 and a MX Keys mini connected via a usb Unifying Receiver and Bolt receiver respectively. Waking up the computer, the mouse had reverted some settings back to default, including an incredibly fast scroll rate (made the scroll unusable). Logi Options+ would not open, even after force quit and restart. Unfortunately the only way to fix this issue is to do a full uninstall-reinstall process.

Program needs to be reloaded for program specific profiles.
I use the mx master 3s for work. recently upgraded from an older model. The software will often stop using my program specific macro's. The only fix seems to be to force close logi options and restart the program. I'm not sure if its reverting to the global profile or what but the old version didn't do that.

NEW PRODUCTS SHOULD WORK PROPERLY.
I really hate the fact that I'm buying a new product and for some reason I have issues using the official company's software.
Bought a new MX Mechanical and the software requeired me to update the firmware. Of course after waiting 3-4 minutes it got stuck on 99% and at some point said it could not update. the keyboard stopped to work.
A NEW PRODUCT SHOULD NOT DO ANY PROBLEMS, SPECIALLY WHEN YOU USE IT'S SOFTWARE AND ITS RECCOMENDATION.

BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE
The simple act of getting the mx anywhere 2s mouse to activate for use is not working - launch takes forever with no results. Agent Chat asked for serial no. then responded with I cannot help with that repetitively . taking back, will not recommend except DON'T BUY. DON'T EXPECT HELP

Run away CPU
Process freezes and uses > 200% CPU at least once per day requiring me to force quit. How do I roll back to the older version?

Logi options requires reboot after mac sleep
My mouse's logi options additional features (mx master 3 for mac) stop working everytime my MAC enters sleep mode.. After that, I need to reboot the computer to get the gestures/etc working again... no sense. Is there some way to fix this without restarting the computer?

improve performance
While I am not using the mouse, and stop Logi Option +. The software should not use 194% of the CPU ressources from time to time. This is terrible performance and should be fixed asap.

Battery indication is misleading after a short charge
Dear Logitech!
A short feedback is that if the battery is low in my MX3 Master mouse and I connect the cable for charging only for 10 seconds and then disconnect the cable, Logi Options+ will show the battery is full. It will change back to low after some time but I think this is could be misleading to the user since Full will be displayed regardsless of the charging time, so If you want to be sure that the battery is full, you need to wait some time and see if it is still full after some minutes. Logitech options plus is garbage
This "upgrade" is complete *****. None of my application specific keybinds work in this new software. Even after re-doing all the keybinds and restarting everything, it still doesn't work. The best part, is that after installing this garbage, if you try to go back to the old logitech options software, it says this mouse is no longer supported. Even though it was working just fine with that software, until this new * + version came out. I use this mouse and a number of application specific keybinds in a professional editing setting. Log Options+ Takes Too Long to Load Devices Settings
Logi Options+ takes forever to load when MacOS comes back from sleeping mode. This means that for a few minutes all the settings on my MX Master 3 are not working. Please fix!

Software issues
The devices are amazing, but the software sucks big time. My master 3 keeps messing up the keys, opotions+ doesn't recognize my mx master 3 and keyboard
