4. Falsches Tastatur Layout und Firmware Update geht nicht

   Firmware-Update für MX Buisnees Tastatur und Maus geht nicht. Tastatur-Layout MX-Keys über Bolt Adapter ist falsch auf dem Mac. z.B. ^und < sind vertauscht kein Problem über Bluetooth.

5. MX Anywhere for Business an Mac Studio Alptraum

   MX Anywhere for Business an Mac Studio M1 unter macOS 13: Die Maus bzw. Logi Options + sind ein Alptraum. Auf dem Mac sind für jede Aktion zahlreiche Genehmigungen notwendig, also wollte ich die Maus sowohl für Bolt- als auch für Bluetooth-Verbindungen einrichten, um ggf. mal die Verbindungsart wechseln zu können. Einrichtung mit Bolt ok, dann Bolt Stick entfernt und Einrichtung mit Bluetooth. Bolt wird als inaktiv angezeigt, auch ok. Dann Bolt-Stick wieder rein, jetzt sollte sie mit Bolt verbunden sein bzw. eine Auswahl ermöglichen - nix da! Der Inaktiv-Button hat keinerlei Aktivierungsfunktion und die Maus bleibt bei Bluetooth. Also in die Systemeinstellungen und unter Bluetooth die Maus deaktiviert. Auch jetzt taucht in Options keine Bolt-Verbindung auf. Man müsste also jedesmal die Verbindung komplett neu konfigurieren - und natürlich auch alle Einstellungen! Beim Wechsel zu Bluetooth nach Entfernen des Bolt-Sticks dann wieder dasselbe: Die bereits in Options und Systemeinstellungen sichtbare (inaktive) Maus wird nicht erkannt, stattdessen taucht eine neue Maus gleicher Bezeichnung in den Systemeinstellungen auf. Die alte ist sichtbar, kann aber nicht verbunden werden, nur die neue kann verbunden werden und taucht dann als zweite, dritte, vierte MX Anywhere in Bluetooth auf. Auch in Options Plus erscheinen so zahlreiche Mäuse, alle inaktiv und nicht aktivierbar - nur löschen kann man sie wieder, Gottseidank!

6. model and serial not recognized at registration

   The serial number and model is not recognized by the registration system. The serial number on the box is different than the one in the mouse. The package was plastic and sealed from the factory. The Chat recognized the model... Signature 550L bluetooth mouse.

   Im using my macbook pro with m1 pro chips and i saw there is a process from logitechoptionplus_agent keep high usage with my cpu almost 180%. Could you check with this? my Current version is 1.29.6100

9. Connection lost issues and lag

   Dear Logitech, is unacceptable to buy a "premium" mouse like MX Master 3S and frequently have lost connection issues or lag on MacOS (last version). When this happens I flip the mouse to check if it's connected and the led flickers. Please fix it. Thank you.

10. Logi Options+

    I recently uninstalled all Logitech software applications, restarted my desktop, and redownloaded them. I even set it up as a fresh installation without connecting my account, but unfortunately, the customization feature is still not working. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

12. keycommand bug when setting up for different versions of the same softwares.

    I have found a bug. When I have more different versions of a software (for example blender 2.93 and 3.0) and I am trying to set the same shortcuts for both,after a restart logitech options+ will not accept keycommands as shortcuts. It happens probably because the .exe filename is the same. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!

13. Mouse move to wrong external monitor

    I have 2 laptop setups:
    1. MacBook
    2. Windows laptop with 2 external monitors (HP monitor on the left-landscape via usb-c, BenQ on the right-portrait via hdmi) with the laptop screen closed.

    Screen setup from left to right
    (Screen 1)MacBook screen -> (Screen 2) Windows HP monitor -> (Screen 3) Windows BenQ monitor

    I setup Flow with Macbook on the left and Windows on the right. The cursor can move from the two setup but every time I move back to Windows by dragging my mouse from left to right, the cursor moves to the BenQ first rather than the expected HP first.

    Is there any way to correct this that mouse should move to the middle screen first rather than the farthest monitor setup?

14. Fix your drivers!!!

    This software is totally unreliable. My $100 MX3 mouse settings are never what I set them to and scrolling stops working for no reason. Horizontal scroll doesn''t work at all and not even a factory reset will make the mouse work correctly again. I've tried using the bolt dongle and going bluetooth, not any better. How can you even sell hardware with software this bad?

15. App never launches, stuck on purple screen.

    Hey. If you have users that try to open this app but are stuck on a purple screen -- it might be because they have the NODE_ENV environment variable set to development. This the app to hang because you are trying to load 127.0.0.1:8080 but since there's no server running on that port, the connection is refused and an exception is thrown in main.js. Thought you'd like to know so you can help other customers with this issue. Better yet, don't ship the app with this logic in it in your release builds.

16. Reconnecting mouse causes scroll speed to be set to 0

    On my MX master 3s, whenever it is connected to my laptop it sets the windows scroll speed to 0. This happens on bluetooth and on the Bolt receiver, and with or without options+. It seems like a niche bug from the looks of it, but it needs investigation.

19. Window navigation issue when using screen mirroring

    I am using MX Anywhere 3 mouse with latest LogiOptions+ on Mac Studio (apple silicon) connected to 4 screens. The middle mouse button is assigned to Window Navigation, so that I can hold it and switch desktops/full screen apps when moving mouse to the left or right.

    Unfortunatelly this feature is broken, if one of the screens is set to mirror other screens (for example screen 4 is set not to extend, but to mirror screen 3). Then when I try to switch to different desktop/app on screen 3, it switches on screen 1. When I stop mirroring and have 4 separate screens, everything is fine.

    Please look into it and fix this nasty bug :)
