1. LogiOptionsの設定が消えデバイス追加不可

   急に接続デバイスすべてが認証しなくなった。
   再度追加もできない。LOGIBOLT上は認識してキーボード、マウスも使えるのに、LogiOptions+だけおかしい。再起動してもなおらない。

2. It's broken

   Since the last update my MX Keys and 2 MX Master 3 Mice do not show up, I cannot remove them or add them - this is broken!

5. Cursor freezes

   There is an error in the mouse driver. Every 5-10 seconds, the cursor freezes.
   When this happens, the Mause section in the System preferences disappears briefly.
   If I have a window with a scrollbar, the scrollbar briefly appears and disappears.

7. Logi Options/Bolt/ Unifying vs. K750, M705, Chat/WebCam

   Guten Morgen,
   nach dem heutigen Tag stelle ich fest, DASS LOGITECH alles unternimmt, um langjährige (> 30 Jahre !!) Kunden zu verlieren. Es kann doch NICHT SEIN, dass Produkte, welche nach wie vor im Handel erhältlich sind - nicht mehr via Standard Software unterstützt werden - ich spreche hier von der K750 SOLAR Tastatur - m.E. eine der besten Tastaturen, welche Ihr je angeboten habt, nicht nur im Bereich der Funktionalität sondern auch im Bereich Energieeffizienz (eben die Aufladung via Solar Modulen) -. Ich selber habe 5 dieser Tastaturen in Betrieb - seit fast 8 Jahren - ersetzt werden musste bisher eine Tastatur(!!) und einmal die Batterie(!!) - ergo auch an Umweltfreundlichkeit NICHT zu überbieten. Mit dem Update der SetPoint Software im Januar (Release 6.90) wird, unter WIN10, gelegentlich die Tastatur Sperre nach dem Anmelden (Wake UP) aktiviert - dies lässt sich jedoch nicht verlässlich verifizieren (arbeite noch daran - warum ! ) . Das aber auch die SOLAR APP, welche Auskunft über den Akku Stand der Tastatur gibt, nicht mehr unterstützt wird - geht gar nicht! Nächste Frage: WARUM wird z.B. der FIREFOX Browser nicht mehr unterstützt? Es gibt genug User, welche NICHT die ALLMACHT von Google (Sammelwut der Daten) permanent unterstützen wollen - sondern nur soweit wir NÖTIG.
   Ich verstehe und akzeptiere, dass sich LOGITECH weiterentwickeln soll und muss, was neue Produkte angeht - jedoch dabei ALLES zu vergessen, was dieses Unternehmen zu einem WELTMARKT Führer gemacht hat - dass sollte m.E. MEHR als genau überdacht werden. Dies betrifft auch das Thema 'Web- & Konferenz-Cam' - einstecken und läuft - dies schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr möglich - leider.

8. Can connect my mouse in logitech+ app.exe although i can move my mouse around

   my mx anywhere not detecting in my laptop but i can use my mousebut i cant view the battery level and cant connect using logitech+ app.exe I dont know what to do i tried shutting down my laptop but still cant detect althoug i can use my mouse

13. MX Master 3S for Mac verbindet nicht über Logi Options+

    Sehr geehrtes Logitech-Team,
    Ich bin enttäuscht darüber, dass das Update Ihrer Software Logi Options+ meine MX Master 3S for Mac unbrauchbar gemacht hat. Es ist unakzeptabel, dass ich nicht mehr in der Lage bin, die Maus über die Logi Options+ zu konfigurieren. Stattdessen verweist die Software nur auf das interne Bluetooth-Menü des Macs, wo ich die Tasten nicht wie gewohnt belegen kann.
    Ich erwarte von einem führenden Hersteller wie Logitech, dass Sie die Probleme Ihrer Kunden ernst nehmen und schnellstmöglich eine Lösung bereitstellen. Es ist unzumutbar, dass ich aufgrund eines Updates meine produktive Arbeit einstellen muss.
    Bitte beheben Sie dieses Problem so schnell wie möglich und geben Sie mir die Möglichkeit, meine MX Master 3S for Mac wie gewohnt zu verwenden.

    Lost all custom settings
    Failed to recognize USB receiver
    Had to uninstall USB receiver and reinstall and reinstall Options +
    Software will not log into my Logi online account

16. Mac Mini M1 Issues: So many CPU Threads

    I noticed this app uses a lot of threads in my CPU (M1) and also over 200Mb of RAM. Please optimize the resources of this app, else I will uninstall this app.

    arm macOS系统下, mx keys mini 频繁断连以及无缘故自动切换连接设备, 此问题在更新驱动1.30后才发现, 如果短时间没法修复请给出旧版本驱动下载链接, 我在官网点击下载1.29版本下载的时候也是下载了一个安装器, 安装后依旧是1.30版本

19. change mouse speeed by dragging mouse lost in new logi options

    new logi options have lost the ability to change mouse speed by holding the button on the mouse and dragging to increase/decrease. I found that very useful...can you consider adding it up again?

20. Logi Options+ losing Chrome settings

    My Master 3S is constantly losing its custom settings in chrome/ vivaldi and reverts to the device default until I kill the Logi Options+ services and restart. I don't have this problem on my Master 3 nor any other Logi mice I own.
