All my settings gone... and this software can't even find my usb receiver!
This is the stupidest upgrade I had! It can't even find my USB receiver, and all my previous customisation is gone!!!

Please fix "Lock" on Options+
Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S(Options +)
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

Je suis pas en bluetooth j'utilise le connecteur USB, j'ai fais ce qui m'était indiquer, c'est à dire éteindre mon dispositif puis le rallumer, je me suis bien assurer que la sourie étais également en vert, pas en bleu, pourtant Logi Option+ ne parvenait pas à trouver pas mon dispositif.

Please fix this buggy mess
This app is pretty terrible. It's crashed multiple times since the update, and even before this, it would stop honoring my app-specific custom settings, which means I have to force quit all the running Logitech functions and restart Options+. None of this was a problem with SetPoint. Can you please fix this mess? It's ruining an otherwise great product.

Fix your Software Pipeline and stop bloaty features.
Why the heck did you include on screen num lock, caps lock, and scroll lock notifications as default to on? That's foolish, and self-aggrandizing in your assumption that your software for a trackball should include such a setting. Getting really annoyed that each time I pick up a piece of hardware from Logitech, I'm having to download a new program. Options, Options+, G Hub, Logitech Gaming Solution... it's getting silly and feels like different project leads dog wagging as they try to make their mark instead of the company coming together to make a single solid solution with modular internal…

Why isn't the Craft Keyboard supported by Logi Options+ yet? It's quite strange that I have to keep both apps in order to use both my mouse and keyboard after so long.

MX Master 3 App Specific Button Setting Would not work
After last update, application specific button arrangements for MX Master 3 is not working. All aplications use the default general button settings. I think this is a bug.

Logi Options Not Responding M1 Max MacBook Pro
2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max 64 GB Ram running macOS Monterey 12.1
Logi Options process stops responding, mouse functions revert to default. Force Quitting the process in Activity Monitor restarts Logi Options, but will stop responding again after an hour or so.

Utter Frustration
These updates are awful. After installation this woeful software cannot locate my mouse, keyboards, nor connectors... I have multiple Time for new solutions, this is time wasted going into diagnostic mode b/c Logi cannot do simple updates is not for me.

keyboard does NOT follow mouse between 2 computers
mx keys FAILS to follow the mouse cursor (master 3s) between 2 PCs. this keeps happening for 2+ years now.
no update has fixed it. You dont seem to be capable of fixing it and I dont trust this will happen. as a result I will be upgrading my keyboard and mouse to another provider.1 vote -

Hi. How do I make the light stay on the keyboard, at least for 30-60 seconds? Now it is turning off too soon, and it makes me crazy, having to search for the keyboard before beeing able to type..

My goodness! Can't you do ANYTHING right? After the recent Logi+ software update, now my stupid MX Master cannot be found. I have to use the Windows 11 drivers just to use the stupid mouse. Thanks for making such a ****** software and ruining any chance at setting up all my buttons. ******* buttons are now useless. Thanks!

MX Master 3 is since today not recognized by this software, after working for months correctly, connected via USB receiver.
Mouse is working correct, cannot customize buttons.
